洛倫在女士鳥湖(The Loren at Lady Bird Lake)

No black out curtains in our room 311. Our rm was next to the “staff vestibule” where the cleaning services would come in and out of and the staff would let the door slam very loudly behind them. It would go on all day and evening to where you couldn’t fall asleep and then it would continue again early morning. Slamming doors night and day. Very unacceptable for a so called luxury hotel.

So many hidden fees. I bought a burger and a latte and a drink for $90 due to hidden fees. The rooms looked really cool but “park view” was over the valet, not the park. Also the doors rattle when anyone on your hall lets their Room door . On the positive side the god was delicious. But definitely a 3 star hotel priced as a four star

We stayed at The Loren at Ladybird Lake and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a central location of Austin and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was large and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel

Loved the hotel! Will definitely stay again. Only Two things were not great: 1) the pool was green and my husband wanted to do a cold plunge and the avocado toast had little to no avocados on it. Thank you

Beautiful new hotel, nice rooms, altbiugbpretty noisy from the street despite modern standard. Nice restaurant and bar on the rooftop. Experience was however mediocre. We wanted to check in at 2 pm, room wasn’t ready, they told us that they would give priority to clean room. Eventually ready at 3:30 pm. Then we got the keys and we entered a room where Someone just installed himself. Very embarrassing. Back at the reception they gave us another room and they gave us a 100 usd credit. Nice. We thought. At checkout they said that the 100 usd credit was on file. I believed them but when checking the invoice they sent by email the credit did not appear. I mailed then twice. No feedback. This is a very disappointing customer experience.

We were on the second floor and the huge floor to ceiling window was not sound proof (heard cement trucks at 6 AM ) and I felt like we were in a fish bowl. Average finish out in the rooms.

There were numerous issues. The staff was friendly, but the hotel seemed understaffed and our issues were never quite fully resolved/handled in a timely manner.We spent a great deal of money on the hotel room and expected more given the rates. Had we not decided to stay at a luxury hotel, the below issues could have been something we might encounter at a more budget motel. However, this was supposed to be an upper end hotel, therefore I think it is unacceptable. I understand staffing is a huge issue in today's economy. I also think you shouldn't overbook if you can't handle the guests you have. We had two different reservations and although we were told numerous times the reservations had been combined, they never were and kept locking us out of our room. Keys stopped working 3 out of the 5 days we were there and had to be replaced. We got calls asking us when we would be arriving even though we had already checked in and had already been told our reservation had been combined. Had to request maid service almost every day since service did not happen without the request.Did not replenish soap, etc. Our thermostat broke at 8pm one evening. employee told us it was a huge problem with the hotel. It took them two hours to get us to a new room. The new room's sheets had not been washed, a flashing light that lit up every time you got up or moved in the middle of the night. Faucet drained all night (noisy), LED light and phone did not work. Warm but not hot water

Great location within easy walking distance to most downtown places. There’s a spa on site which is primarily why we chose this hotel. They don’t have a couples room setup yet so we got massages in separate rooms, but the spa overall was very nice. The hotel pool was small, but the loungers and the rooftop view were amazing. Luckily there wasn’t too many people up there at a time so we weren’t ever crowded. The lobby is very nice and there are doorman to greet you in and out. Delta delayed our flights, but the hotel gave us a free late checkout to enjoy the hotel for a few more hours. The room was spacious and the modern furniture and large window were very nice. Overall it was a great relaxing getaway while we were there.

The facility was wonderful and close to walking paths for some outdoor exercise. My only complaint was that the website advertises the availability of kayaks and paddle boards; but when I asked the front desk about it, the clerk had no information. She said she would check with the concierge and get back to me, but I never heard from her. As we were only there for 3 days, we had hoped to book the activity around other planned activities. But ended up not being able to do one of our bucket list activities for this trip. Would have expected more. Also the on-site restaurant has a very limited and ‘eclectic’ menu, so we chose to dine elsewhere. But our room was clean, everything worked well, very comfortable beds, and the rest of the staff treated us like royalty.
