I don't ever review, but I was really let down. It wasn't that they didn't try to correct problems but I think I paid over $1800 for two nights...I couldn't check in on time, was told the restaurant/bar area was closing early for a private event. The private event was so loud I couldn't go to sleep Friday night. The worst was Saturday night, I lost TV during the middle of my team's game - one of the biggest of the year. All of this they tried to correct, apologized for, etc. I just feel I'm owed something in return.
