The service was great everyone was very friendly and professional. The front desk clerks were nice enough to allow a tire technician to replace my blown out tire in the parking lot. Went above and beyond in understanding. Rooms were clean and spacious and had everything we needed

The walls seem paper thin. We very clearly heard the people's conversation next door and someone was making tracks upstairs. Another couple were having an agrument. That all simmered down by 1pm, but we were a bit on edge and hardly slept.

I have stayed in this hotel several times before and have always liked it, but they have initiated a new policy that housekeeping has to clean your room every other day and you have to leave your room during the process. They were late on one occasion, so instead of sitting in my car in 106 degree heat for 30 minutes, I did it for an hour. One time I booked a time I was going to be out and they missed the appoin**ent. The next day I planned on staying in all day, but they demanded that I vacate for them to come in or I could check out of the hotel. I don't like people in my room. I don't like have to leave my room. They tossed one thing that they thought was trash, but wasn't. They knocked on my door and woke me up twice for housekeeping when I already had an appoin**ent later. After all the cleaning, I was totally out of toilet paper when I was indisposed. This is the first time in my life that there has been an unpleasant relationship on both sides because of an issue in any Hotel or other rental. I never write negative reviews. I will not stay at this or any other hotel that has such a intrusive policy.

Absolutely shocking that they wouldn’t let us check in because 2 out of 4 of us didn’t have the ‘ID’ the woman was asking for ..2 of them travelled from Scotland & left passports in Conroe but did have other ID that she wouldn’t except under any circumstances pretty sad that she wasn’t budging even with the other 2 having ID

Truly horrible. Liars. Checked in a day early. They said it wasn’t a problem and the additional day would be added to my booking. Returned the hotel a day later to find my luggage removed from the room and shoved in a bag. Ridiculous. They cancelled me and said I was a “no show”. How could I be a no show if I was already checked in and they had my property? I told the gentleman at check in all of this information and he assured me it was sorted. They don’t care about you. The service was horrible and rude. If they had any integrity they would have refunded my entire stay. However they were too incompetent to understand good business.

You have to put some sign in your car or it will get towed. Ghetto. Mattress moves off the platform. Seems like people live in the building. Employees stare at you.

I like it because its clean and you can sleep good , near to Airport...But the only thing is that they don't have at least a bottle of water for the guest.
