Love the location but the rooms look old and tired. The guests rooms need to be updated and walk-in showers would be a definite improvement over the old bathtubs … especially since the bathroom is so small. The separate living area is nice but not imperative for most of us. Breakfast is lovely and free tho tipping for a custom breakfast order is nice but not expected. I was shocked to see they had started charging for parking last time I was there (this is a suburban business and shopping area, not downtown!) That left a bad taste in my mouth ….. enough that I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Be sure to figure that cost in when comparing rates! Call for latest parking fee.

I love embassy suites and stay at them as much as possible. They have the best breakfasts. I was just disappointed after driving 10 hrs that the hot tub wasn't in service. Otherwise great as always!!!

The heating system was not operating correctly.

Toilet ran all night. I asked them to fix it. They said they did and It still ran all night. When I asked for blankets for the pull couch for my son they said they didn’t have any. When I called for more towels they said they didn’t have any house keeping that night and I would have to come get them at the front desk. We had kids in hall playing literal hockey banging into our door all hours of the day and night. The carpets were dirty and smelled awful. I was afraid to walk barefoot. The gym was very small. No room to actually workout. There were no towels in the gym to wipe sweat. There were no 15 or 20 pound dumbbells to use and the gym itself was dirty and disgusting. To top it all off we had to pay to park in an unsecured parking lot that I was not aware I would need to. If I had known we had to pay to park I would have chose a different hotel. The experience was a huge disappointment. I went with Embassy suites because I have always enjoyed staying at them. Due this experience I will not use them again. My wife and I travel quite a bit due to both our kids being in college in different cites. We will definitely not come back to Embassy Suites. I will make sure no one I know stays here in the future.

Me sorprendió que la marca Emmbasy Suites permita un hotel en estas condiciones, todas las instalaciones muy deterioradas, los muebles sucios y rotos, ropa de cama y toallas de mala calidad, aire acondicionado super ruidoso,el personal se nota desmotivado.

The room was dirty. Found someone’s sock and a used tissue in the sheets of the bed. Unfortunately after I slept on the bed

The room was not great it was right next to the ice machine and staff elevator so quite noisy. The food was cold.
