Watch for charges for parking and expensive food Nice hotel but no free breakfast. Nice bar with some food but expensive. Charged $10 per night for parking. The parking is the regular lot out in front of the hotel. No covered or valet. Had to go out in rain to put the parking sticker on my own car. This is just a way to get money without you being aware up front. Ridiculous. You would not pay this in comparable hotels.

Updated outside but still a very old hotel inside. Hallways are musty and old smelling. The elevator is sketchy. Beds are comfortable but the hotel needs renovations and updating.

I liked the indoor pool. Front desk staff is very friendly. Breakfast attendant had a bad attitude and ignored me while waiting in line. Homeless people walking around property. Clean facility. Didnt tell me when booking and surprised me upon arrival with a $200 freeze on my bank account for incidentals and 10 days to return it. Room furniture needs updating. Had 70s wood grain paneling.

We had an issue with the room I booked as opposed to the room that I got. I was supposed to get a one bedroom suite with a balcony, but received a regular room. It wasn’t a problem as far as the cleanliness of the room. However, I paid more for room I didn’t get and was told that I wouldn’t be receiving any kind of compensation for the difference in price. The customer service, especially the gentleman that was working at night, was absolutely unacceptable.

The honest review you’re looking for Honestly no complaints. Very clean (which is my biggest concern), beds are comfy and room is spacious! They were also very kind to let me check in early at 1pm and check out an hour later! Free parking and they gave us complimentary water when we checked in. Had a nice time and will definitely come back!

Terrible to say the least Unsure how this is a Marriott. Frequent traveler for business and family I never had to change rooms so many times. First one had severe jarring noise with construction happening right under the room, second one had the bath tub clogged so had to head out to dinner without taking a shower while housekeeping worked on it upon return the problem still persisted so had to move yet again to a third one which had the exhaust in the restroom not working. Family of four was tired to move yet again and just finished the stay for 2 nights. The hallways have a weird smell always, the elevator has stains all over, understaffed with same personnel managing front desk and cafe and the list goes on…. The employees are trying their best but the hotel is ill equipped to provide clean, comfortable and pleasant experience to its guests. Registered a complaint into Marriott Bonvoy since I am a member there and will not be staying at one ever. Ruined our family trip at the outset. Steer clear from this one, a motel nearby would offer better.
