There is no kettle in the room, asked for water bottle at front desk and they asked us to pay for it. I refuse to pay and the only gave me 2 tiny bottles of water and no more for the coming few days. I checked out at 5am ish but no one was at the front desk, I tried to look for someone to assist and it turned out the front desk lady was enjoying her cigarette at the entrance and asked me to give her a minute because she needed to take a break. Terrible service and experience. Probably the worst hotel under Marriott Group.
