酒店設施非常齊全，對於長期居住的家庭住客來講非常方便，超市也非常近，購物方便，所以可以自己做飯，當晚疫情情況下可以儘量減少外出。

I recommend it well, very quiet place

Good breakfast; nice reception. The maintenance is terrible: our door lock was not working, and they didn't fix it. The shower did not have shampoo we walked in. The shower valve had issues and was leaking. The carpet is too old. After we saw they didn't fix the door, we reported it, we didn't report the rest.

I stayed here because I thought it would be nice based on the reviews but it was a higher end economy hotel. The front desk isn't very courteous or friendly. They have the same issues that other places have with their cards constantly being demagnetized by cell phones. There was on pen or paper in the room. Average but not 9 stars. Safe area which is nice.

Room looks great when you walk in but the closer you look it’s not so great. Turned the lamp on next to bed and reflection showed wall covered in dust. Went to use a wash cloth and it was stained and dirty. Room felt muggy all night even with thermostat set to 69. Not worth the price. It is in a great location so there’s that.

We loved our stay! Hotel was very clean, great free breakfast, beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located, close to the Domain and Q2 stadium. We brought our dogs also, they are pet friendly! We will be staying here again!

Quick one night stay as we were passing thru from a road trip. We were upgraded to a two bedroom, which was great. Plenty of space, 3 TVs, comfy beds, 2 full baths and kitchen. Friendly staff and breakfast was ok. Only con was the elevator and corridors were stuffy and hot. Other than that, enjoyed our stay.

All was good until I went to bed. The mattress smelled of urine which I did not discover until the middle of the night. This was room number 137 on it was on the side of the mattress opposite from the bathroom. I was sleeping on the side nearest to the bathroom and all was fine but once the covers were moved around and the other side of the bed was uncovered I smelled it. I showered and moved to the couch.

Looking for an affordable accommodation in North Austin, then consider the Sonesta ES Suites! The staff is very friendly, my room was large and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was very good! And all for a price that was much more affordable than other nearby hotels.

We stayed for one night and it was pleasant. I wish the hotel would return to a 3pm check in policy because 4pm is super late. Other than that, the suite was very clean and the property well maintained.

Booked for parents attending wedding and was informed that the had handicap accessible suites on first floor due to father in law in a wheel chair. However upon chevk in was informed that requested rooms were only on 3rd and 4tn floor

This was my 3rd stay here and as usual it was a great experience. Check in was quick and the front desk people were very friendly. My room was very nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great.
