citizenM奧斯汀市中心(Citizenm Austin Downtown)

The rooms are much smaller than anticipated, more like an efficiency than a normal room. The a/c vent leaked/dripped all over the sink & floor overnight soaking my dopp kit. But mostly my annoyance is that there was no indication before checking out that there is no parking available at this hotel at all. So for $165 for a little more than 12 hours, I got a tiny room that leaks and also had to pay an extra $43 for parking. Unreal. Will never come back

Rooms were comically small. The front dest staff was friendly but I wanted service from maintainence and housekeeping and only one of the several I encountered spoke any english at all. Not even a little. Tried to buy food at sundry store and bar and they would not accept cash at all. Will not stay here again.

For starters, parking is not on site and you’ll have to pay wherever you find a spot and walk with luggage to your hotel. Check in is self service and pretty quick. The bar staff is nice but limited inventory. Be aware the rooms are tiny! I get that’s their business model but if you’re traveling with two people you’ll find there is limited room to get ready, shower, and no room for storage. It’s 7 feet wide by maybe 14 deep. Tiny! Modern and clean but no spot to sit and relax, no coffee or ice.

Very disappointed. The room was extremely small with lots of outside noise. Two people to a room is one too many. Couldn’t get a response from booking (even though ******* tried to contact them several times)- stuck with a bill for two nights that we didn’t use. Would Not recommend.

Rooms terribly small ,bathroom and sink etc inefficient with no privacy while sharing. No coffee maker. No place to just sit and relax.

Staff were ok but facilities were terrible. It was like a closet or a cheap dorm and very hard to get staff support to fix any issues.
