丹佛奧羅拉品質飯店(Quality Inn Aurora Denver)

房間和他們的家具很舊。地毯很髒而且很髒。太多的空氣清新劑氣味可能會掩蓋地毯的難聞氣味。

如果我不帶孩子來這裡就可以了。這里和這個地區周圍有很多陰暗的人。

El cuarto estaba sucio, las camas tenían las cobijas sucias, olía muy desagradable, entre olor a axilas, a pies y un olor a trasero, si soy sincera, las camas nos empezaron a dar muchísima comezón, cómo si tuviesen pulgas, les dijimos en recepción de esto y no hicieron nada, más que decir que eran instalaciones muy viejas, pero la verdad por 120 dólares, creo que fue el peor servicio, el mismo hotel pero en otras instalaciones es mucho mejor, que el de Aurora, tuvimos que salir rápido de ahí e ir a lavar nuestra ropa, porque la comezón era terrible, aparte de que el olor era algo asqueroso, en el desayuno los yogurts estaban ala fecha de caducidad, y así los pusieron. Nunca nos hemos quejado de ningún hotel, pero está vez fue muy pero muy desagradable, no quisieron nisoquiera reembolsar nos nada del gasto, ya que el cuarto estaba sucio y en mal estado.

This place.. Even though I paid $113 a night. Which is obviously cheap, I think it's more of an $80 night hotel.. My non-smoking room, reeks of cigarettes. Cigarette butts and trash all over the property. Pool is empty with no heads up. Seems like half the hotel is low income housing, some shady folks... The best of luck to them. This place shouldn't be called "quality" inn

Never got my $25 from this hotel . It’s been a week now

Poorly maintained, in need of major renovations, heavy perfume smell in room, skimpy breakfast choices, a bit sketchy location

It was a poor experience. Reservation not found on arrival. Room smelled stale. Safety latch broken. Changed rooms. In new room lamps did not work. Getting in snd out of tub is a danger for an older person. There are no safety bars or anything to hold on to.

The front desk staff is friendly, helpful, & professional. The cleaning & maintenance staff work hard to keep everything clean & comfortable. I think this attests to excellent management. The owners of the building need to do some updating.

It was a pretty horrible one-night stay. Despite being a "non-smoking" facility, there were cigarette burns in the coverlet and toilet seat, and well as the "non-smoking" sign posted outside. The room smelled of old smoke. There were fresh towels out, but the tub had clearly not been cleaned, as there was a snarl of hair on the drain and hairs stuck to the wall. We also spotted roaches multiple times. The remote did not work and the TV was permanently on until unplugged. The clock was set to a to a wrong time. There were a number of people hanging about smoking and playing music outside until all hours of the night- there seemed to be a number of permanent residents. The pool was greenish tinted and had a drift of leaves at the bottom and two dead dragonflies floating. The front desk staff seemed nice enough, but the facility did not meet any basic standards of sanitation or care.
