勒巴塔克旅館(Le Bataclan)

Je déjeune au restaurant tous les midis depuis 3 jours. Je ne cherche même pas à aller ailleurs. Tout ici est parfait! Accueil, service, plats. Je vous recommande ce que j’ai goûté : Côte de bœuf, steak haché, tarte tatin, tiramisu, Bravo!🎉🎊

Bien accueillis par le personnel. Mais très déçu par le chef cuisinier qui avait tout éteint à 21h15 et qui n’a pas daigné nous servir (service jusqu’à 21h30) Qu’il change de métier s’il veut rentrer tôt Cher en rapport qualité/prix Dommage

Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour magnifique le personnel au top, une vue magnifique et une restauration de qualité. La situation exceptionnelle juste au pied des pistes ajoute un petit plus non négligeable.Je recommande les yeux fermés pour un séjour en couple ou en famille .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec mon compagnon. Boire son café chaque matin sur cette superbe terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne était un vrais plaisir. Le personnel était au top ! Le chef de l'établissement était également très sympathique ! Je recommande vivement !

En mars, en semaine, très peu de monde, nous demandons une table pour 2 en bas des escaliers. La serveuse nous prie de nous assoir à une table dressée. Quel accueil ! Nous nous sommes dressé la table puisqu´elle était incapable de le faire. La pizza ok, la salade écœurante tant par les produits que par l´assaisonnement. Dommage bel endroit.

If I were to judge this hotel based solely on how we were welcome then I’d give it 0 stars. But I’m not going to be petty. So let’s start from the start. In the confirmation mail it says check-in is until 9:30pm (a bit strange for a hotel). We have 2 very small children (both under 3 years) & we were on the road & were running late due to the fact that we had to stop often due to car sickness from our kid. We called at 9pm to let them know we were on the road. We got there at 11pm & there was only 1 sign in the public parking lot staying that the hotel was 200 meters away. Other than that. Nothing. So I started calling the hotel to ask how we could find them. No one was answering. We kept circling around looking, wasting time. Finally my husband suggested to go look around by foot. Turns out you have to cross the whole slope by foot to get to the hotel. So after crossing over we finally make it at 11:30pm. The reception is locked. There’s no note. No phone. Nothing. We start calling out in hopes that someone would come out. Finally a cook opens his bedroom door & says he’ll call his boss. This man comes out in a rage saying “what sort of people arrive at midnight”. To which I explained that it was 11:45 at this point & we wasted 45 mins searching for this place cause no one was answering the phone. He kept reminding me that check-in was until 9:30. To which I responded. Okay we called in advance to tell you know we were running late & that we were on our way. The least he could’ve done was leave a note on the door or something. Fast forward. He gets us to the room & the heating wasn’t even on. Meaning the room was freezing (it was -7C that night). Our kids slept in jackets both nights cause the heating wasn’t even working that well. So solely based on that experience I’d give this place 0 stars. But the reason I am giving it 3 is cause it is very ideal for those who like snow activities & having the luxury of walking out of your hotel & being on the slopes is nice. The restaurant is quite tasty as well. Also another thing. They have billiards & foosball in the reception area. You have to pay to use it…2€. Like is that a joke? They advertise that they have a spa. Yeah 15€ per person per hour. We obv didn’t go. But I read it’s not good. This place is expensive for the quality of the room. Dust. Squeaky beds. Cracks in the wall. Barely functioning heating. From my understanding it was built in 1974 & im pretty sure it hasn’t been renovated since.

The service is absolutely terrible. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. The food is painfully mediocre and extremely overpriced. The rooms are not soundproof so getting a good nights rest is nearly impossible. Go there if you wish to be disappointed.

Bonjour, Nous avons choisi l’hôtel bataclan pour son emplacement et son SPA. La décoration n’est pas au goût du jour, l’état général de la chambre ne reflète pas un 3 étoiles (fissures, peinture à l’arrache, moquette fatiguée…) il faut choisir entre charger le téléphone et la lumière.. pas de prises Je vous déconseille fortement l’hôtel bataclan. Tres tres déçu du SPA ! seul le sauna fonctionnait. jacuzzi HS, hammam HS Le SPA c’est une vrai blague… Après avoir essayé de parler à la “patronne” qui s’en moquait complètement. Le “patron” a été plus que désagréable et irrespectueux allant jusqu’à nous traiter de “fonctionnaire” ??? apparement il travaille plus que les autres… aucune excuse de leur part et des champions de la mauvaise foi ! aucun geste commercial.. c’est cool quand un jeune couple vient passer une nuit en amoureux dans un hôtel avec un SPA hors service qui fait sauter les plombs de tout l’hôtel… une honte ! this hotel has 3 stars… it’s a joke ! there are horrible with the customers. The “SPA” was out of order.. apparently it’s totally normal for the 2 old owners.. no excuses, no information when you book or when you do the check in… It’s a shame !
