I went to their restaurant for a dinner buffet they did excellent service I don't eat mutton usually they arranged chicken gravy for me it was good in taste. Everything was good in buffet desert have limited options they should add more items

The hotel had was supposed to provide white towels but, the color was brown and torn on the sides. The breakfast was ok, with sambar sugar quoted, Stick Idlies and oily purees. The bathrooms were dirty, no hot water. The staff were rude and not sense of hospitality. We stayed for 10 days and the last day before checkout they forced us to pay $5 that was the balance after wrong calculation. I will not recommend this hotel. Rather stay in Ginger down the street or LemonTree, which has better service and well trained staff. Avoid this hotel if possible and it is not worth the rating provided.
