Cockroaches all over the roof deck (counted 5). Our room had a used washcloth under the sick, and the shower looked dirty and needs to be re-done. Just didn’t want to be in the bathroom long if you know what I mean.
Front desk folks were nice
Parking as inexpensive and safe.
Location was great.

As usual, our stay at the Hyatt House Augusta, GA. was very pleasant and enjoyable. The members of the staff were very accommodating, hospitable, and helpful. Our suite was comfortable.

Very friendly check in. Room was newly remodeled and bed and pillows were comfortable, but the bathroom floor was sticky and something had been spilled/sprayed on the walls. The neighbors were LOUD-not the hotels fault, but the walls are thin. Nice dining options close by. The rooftop bar is pretty. Breakfast was delicious. All and all good for an overnight. I did let management know to deep clean the bathroom.

The property was beautiful, but what we enjoyed best was the hospitality. Every staff member we met was so nice and helpful. They have a wonderful bar by the lobby with great drinks and some good food options. Plus the bartender is a delight.

This is my 1 of my favorite hotels in Augusta. I love the suit that has the living room with 2 bedrooms. Very convenient when traveling with children or 2 couples

The hotel was right close to everything and spotless on the inside and in the parking garage. I felt very safe with their room key system. Staff were friendly and gave recommendations. The bed was BY FAR the most comfortable bed in a hotel room I’ve ever slept in. Would definitely stay again if the need arises!

I was there for a family funeral and wanted to stay somewhere near the rest of the family. I enjoyed my stay and the only reason I didn't give the cleanliness 5 stars was the baseboards in the the bathroom needed a little attention. I would definitely stay there again when I have to go home. Oh and the breakfast selection was EXCELLENT!
