The apartment offers extensive comfort for up to 4 people.
The property is luxuriously furnished and is very centrally located, just minutes from the Oberhausen train station or the tram to the main train station.
The 43 sqm apartment with many shops is suitable for traveling tourists or workers.
This apartment, right on the ground floor, has a nice living room right next to the kitchen. In the bedroom there is a double bed (180 x 200) and in the living room there is a sofa bed (160x200).
Because the apartment is on a side street, you have no problems with traffic.
The entrance is in the courtyard. There is also a small garden.
The apartment is newly renovated and already furnished. There is also a fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher and washing machine, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, oven, hot plates, coffee machine, dishes, spices, tea, coffee, drinks etc.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, heating, hygiene items as well as shower gel, toothbrushes, toothpaste etc.
The whole apartment is available to the guest. The entrance to the apartment can be reached through the courtyard from Biller Strasse. The key box is located right next to the entrance.

Leider können wir unseren Aufenthalt nicht positiv bewerten. Schon bei der Ankunft wirkte das Haus ungepflegt: Sperrmüll im Durchgang, starker Geruch nach Katzenkot und Urin im Eingangsbereich, Zigarettenstummel unter dem Schlüsselkasten. Das Gebäude machte insgesamt einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck.Zur Wohnung:•Küche: Kühlschrank verschmutzt und extrem laut, Backofen unhygienisch, Feuchtigkeit an den Wänden, fehlende Ausstattung.•Bad: Sehr lauter Lüfter und Spülung, Schimmel in den Fugen, unangenehmer Geruch, Heizung schaltete sich nachts von selbst ein und war nicht regulierbar.•Schlaf-/Wohnbereich: Defekter Lattenrost, Rollos unbrauchbar, Fenster schwergängig, extrem hellhörige Wände, schmutzige Fenster und verstaubte Ecken.Zur Umgebung:Die Lage ist ein sozialer Brennpunkt, nachts sehr laut und wenig einladend. Parkplatzsuche war schwierig, und wir fühlten uns nicht sicher – erholsamer Schlaf war kaum möglich. Für Familien mit Kindern ist die Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht ungeeignet.Fazit:Der Zustand von Wohnung und Umfeld entsprach in keiner Weise unseren Erwartungen. Hygienemängel, schlechte Ausstattung, Lärm und mangelndes Sicherheitsgefühl machten den Aufenthalt unangenehm. Eine Weiterempfehlung können wir nicht aussprechen.

Für Kurzaufenthalte zu empfehlen
Hier und da kleine Beschädigungen der Wände, angebrochener Stuhl. Teilweise zu wenig Geschirr (Tassen und Müslischüsseln). Die Lüftung im Bad ist relativ laut. Der Durchgang zum Hof riecht fast dauerhaft nach Hundepipi. Für die 3 Nächte, die wir mit unseren 2 Kleinkindern dort waren, war die Wohnung in Ordnung.

Ideal für den Kurzurlaub mit Einladung
Die Wohnung war für uns ideal nachdem wir eine private Einladung am Wochenende erhalten haben. Nahegelegene Nutzung der Trambahn zum Zentrum, Geldautomat und Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen.

Ein Vermieter der sich um nichts kümmert
Das Objekt macht einen herunter gekommen Eindruck vor allem von außen Der Fernseher war erst am 2.Tag zu benutzen ab 20 Uhr Ich habe den Vermieter 3 mal angerufen aber er ging nicht ran Erst als ich geschrieben habe kam eine Antwort

Logement incommode
Du logement il est facile d'accéder au centre d'Augsburg. Il n 'est pas aisé de trouver l 'entrée du logement. Celle-ci se fait par l'arrière mais pas de signalisation .Sur la rue indiquee il n'y a pas de n°21.
La salle de bain est très exigue, il est pas facile de prendre une douche. L'appartement est encombré de meubles et Les tiroirs sont pleins de couette,oreiller et autres empêchant tout rangement.La rue et l endroit est calme.

Empfehlenswert
Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für kurze Aufenthalte nur zu empfehlen. Der Hauptbahnhof schnell erreichbar ( 5 Gehminuten), ruhige Nachbarschaft. Der einzige Mangel: das Parken.
Alles insgesamt: eine 2 +.

Zentral gelegen ,gute Verbindung in die umliegenden Orte. Auto habe ich nicht gebraucht ..Straßenbahn und Busse fahren in kurzen Abständen.

Large Apartment in center of many stores
It is a five minute walk to two tram stops that go downtown. Each tram stop has a large supermarket as well as other stores. The apartment is large and the bed is queen-size and the television is very large. The streaming service had many stations in German, English, French and some other languages. I was not bored with the television. The refrigerator has a large freezer which is very helpful. The kitchen has all needed items. This is a good place to stay in Augsburg.
