綠洲公寓飯店(The Oasis Apartments)

Great place to stay for 2 weeks. Everything works well and the place is really clean and tidy. Nice surroundings and only a short walk to shopping mall.

Unit access and outlook very good. Very quiet. Bed linen clean. Overall unit was not well kept. All surfaces very dusty. Carpets dirty and in need of steam cleaning. Damage and paint scuffs to walls. Shower VERY mouldy. Vents in bathroom ceilings very dirty and had not been cleaned in a long time. Hooks missing from curtains. Mismatched supply/quantity of crockery glasses and cutlery. Only 1 dishwasher powder supplied. Dining chairs extremely uncomfortable . Bed pillows very uncomfortable, variety to allow choice would be better. Our 11 year old granddaughter complained how hard it was to sleep on such high firm pillows. Wooden chairs on balcony falling apart. Stitching to centre of green leather couch was broken. Bed lamp in main bedroom was dirty and very fragile

My family enjoyed our stay so very much at the Oasis apartments for our summer holiday and long awaited family reunion after all the covid lock downs and border closures. The place was perfect for our large family of 7, the swimming pool was awesome for the kids and sauna and spa for us adults. The gym was enjoyed by my husband and the bbq area when we had some friends we hadnt seen for a long time ! Everything was close and it was an added extra to see the lovely river side and NYE Fireworks from the balcony. Room was large and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient fun stay. We stayed 13 nights , thanks guys for a wonderful stay and especially Bo, kind and accomadating !

what a shame! What used to be a great hotel has Really gone downhill. Our room had a sewerage smell coming out of the kitchen sinks, a toilet that didn’t flush, blinds that fell to the ground when trying to open them )and held onto the wall by a nail file and fork) and insufficient cooling with only small fans in the bedrooms ( the aircon was only good for the lounge area). Whilst the pool area was great and views stunning the overall unit cleanliness was extremely poor and the stench was intolerable. Furnishings we’re also very dated and couch covers full of holes. We’re still trying to work out why their was a gaming chair on the deck? Overall very poor experience and unfortunately when checking out 4 other people were also giving a list and photos of their unclean apartments, so it seems to be a common issue across the hole hotel. Felt sorry for the reception staff. It’s not there fault, management really has let the place down and it’s a train wreck… avoid!

家族4人で滞在するには、とても良かったです。ベランダにも屋外の机や椅子があり、外の景色を見ながら朝食を頂きました。ブリスベン市内の駐車場料金はとても高いので、無料駐車場がついていて助かりました。テニスコートやプールも使用出来るのが良かったですが、テニスラケットやボールは新しい物に変えた方が良いと思います。近くにはスーパーもあり便利です。市内に行くのに、バスや電車も利用しましたが、駅からもバス停からも近いです。

Beautiful building and amenities. Pool and gardens are gorgeous. Our apartment was missing a blind off one room. The level we were on had a weird smell to it but apartment itself was fine. Would stay again.

It was close to bus stops and train stations and and convenient to the location i needed to stay. The apartment had plenty of room and I loved the size of the balcony. If you were needing to be close to the Wesley Hospital this is the place to stay.
