Candlewood Suites 赤褐色(Candlewood Suites Auburn)

This facility needs to be exterminated. As soon as the lights are turned on the the room roaches start running. Was switched to a second room and experienced the same event. Housekeeping isn't doing their job. Needs more detailed cleaning. Have stayed at this property numerous times before, but this stay was horrible. Will not stay again.

This was the most awful experience. The room was not clean, roaches were in the room and bathroom, there was fecal matter smeared on the bathroom door and walls, and they could not meet our needs regarding towels, an iron, or hair dryer. We checked in very late so decided to suck it up for one night. We checked out early and found another hotel in the area for our second night. We were told they would refund us but there has been no refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Staff was super friendly and room was big, would be comfortable to stay for long trips. We used the outside grill which was nice. I liked the convenience of having the patio area near our room, but didn’t love that it’s also a smoking area which made our room smell like cigarettes unfortunately. We were only there a couple of nights and it took me a bit to figure it out, otherwise I would have asked to change rooms. Overall nice stay.

Very comfortable stay! For the budget stay that it is, this place is absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed. Grocery store and target are less than a mile away. We enjoyed being able to relax and stay in and cook dinner for ourselves. A great breakfast place is right around the corner. (“Another broken egg”)This hotel has super friendly and accommodating staff! Very welcoming place.

It's an okay hotel but a little worn and not the cleanest. The lamp in our room was broken and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. However the staff delivered excellent customer service.

The air filters in the air conditioner unit was filty and I had to rinse them off. The shower head also has 4 to 5 nozzels that were black with gunk. At 2 a.m. when i went i to my bathroom it smelt like someone smoked in it. I had to turn on the exhaust fan to clear out the smell.
