Located in a quiet neighborhood right in a small city, we’ve got plenty of indoor and outdoor games and activities for you and your family to enjoy. The perfect home base for day trips in central Maine, a great spot for golf, college sports, disc golf, hot air balloon rides, or to relax near the Androscoggin. There’s a great yard with a grill, large patio deck with umbrella, beautiful sunroom, and more. Two bedrooms and the shower are up a flight of stairs. A pullout couch (into a queen bed), living room, kitchen, dining room, and WC are all located on the first floor for easier accessibility. There are steps at both entrances, so the house is not easily accessible for people with limited mobility. We’ve got baby gear as well! We offer a pack and play, some small games, gates, and a high chair. We have LOADS of games, so you’re covered on those rainy days AND the sunny ones. We’re in a residential neighborhood, so we ask that you keep the noise down at night, and move inside after dark. The bathroom has a claw-foot tub with a shower installed. We have a step and a seat for people to use to swing their feet in, but it is more difficult to get into than a traditional shower. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in our home. If damage due to smoking is found, there will be a fee to cover costs, up to $1,500 to cover the cost of additional cleaning. Ideal location if you like privacy in a country feel location that is minutes from the highway & not far from everything Maine has to offer! Easy to get to, off a well maintained road. 10 min from in town Auburn, 40 min drive to Freeport, Brunswick or Portland. Close to Bates College, Lewiston Hospitals, Lost Valley Ski, Shopping, Beaches & hiking spots. We are a very family and pet friendly home! Lots of books for adults and kids, a small game table, board games, and our outdoor fire pit has been a big hit in the appropriate weather. We also supply a couple sleds you can take with you to use, or there is a small hill out front we used to love! There is a swing set and trampoline out back to use when it’s warm, a hammock between the trees by the barn, and a grill with a table set up on the back deck. We also supply a dog run that’s attacked to our deck for your furry friends, dishes & poo bags. No weight limit on dogs, we love them all & hope you will watch after them as you would in your own home!There is wi-fi for you to connect to upon arrival. There are smart TVs in the living room and game room on the first floor. We have a desk located in the game room for your work or coloring book needs! We also have 2 cameras located outside, for our safety as well as yours. They point to the driveway and the back yard. I keep the motion sensor on the driveway at all times, but I shut off the back yard sensor when guests are there. Our kitchen is fully stocked. All the cooking equipment you should need. New fridge & stove, pots, pans, baking supplies, cutlery etc. even a crock pot and new Keurig coffee maker with fuel pot & pods. We offer a selection of coffee pots, tea, creamer & sugars. As well as condiment packets. There is cooking oil & spices in the pantry, and plenty of cups & dishes to eat with! We would love to host you at our large & comfy home! This lovely lakefront home features four bedrooms and sleeps six comfortably. There is a large open living room overlooking the lake with a dining area leading out to the front deck overlooking the lake. The rustic kitchen has an electric stove top, an electric oven and microwave, and is fully loaded with all the cooking equipment you'll need. There is a brand new grill outside ready to use. The spacious master bedroom on the second floor has a queen-sized bed and a newly renovated master bathroom with a large bathtub and separate shower. Upstairs are three more bedrooms containing one queen-size bed, a single bed in the next room and single bed in the final room.
