There are stairs from the parking area to the main entrance and a few stairs up the side patio to the door. Beautiful year-round waterfront house on the Owasco Outlet. 4 bedroom/ 2 bath house. Very peaceful setting. Perfect spot for fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Two kayaks also available for use. Take a short kayak trip out to the sandbar in the lake or rent/bring your own boat. Nice clear, calm water to dock a boat. Huge backyard for yard games and relaxing. Relax at night by the waterfront with a bonfire and marshmallows. Central air conditioning.
