Friends Weekend
Overall good, but sliding door had no screen, lighting was poor, and trim by bathroom door was coming off. Would be 5 stars but for these things. Location is good and owner communication was great.

Not as presented
The property was horrible. We could not even stay. Left and had to find a new place. The windows were rotted. The doorwall did not lock. Way over priced.

Birthday weekend
Property was very clean and the online listing was accurate as to the house and amenities. Loved the coziness of the house and the beach right outside the door. Planing on returning in warmer weather to better enjoy the lake and sand!

Stargazer
You can’t stay any closer to the water. The deck is so nice to hang out on. Fortunately there was clear skies to view the stars, planets and meteor shower. Great hosts, very responsive.

Unexpected Extended Stay
Tim and Nancy are exceptional hosts!
Our stay was unexpectedly extended due to car troubles, and they juggled their own accommodations so that we had a place to stay for two more days.
The resort is perfectly situated in a quiet location, yet close enough to Ocosta and Tawas to have all of your families needs met if anything is forgotten.
We loved our long days on the beach, kayaking on Lake Huron, napping on the decks, and waking up to the beautiful sunrise over the water. 🌅 Our four teenagers were entertained and stayed off of their devices *most* of the trip, and that is no small task!
We will definitely vacation here again!! Thank you! 🌞
