It was a great hotel with a perfect location really nice vibe

The access to the beach is excellent and the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, however, the facility is not run at a level that warrants the cost: the elevator was missing a floor board at the door, making it hard to roll suitcases and stroller over it; they ran out of beach towels, bath towels, and beach umbrellas for rent; the sliding door to the balcony was missing the safety bar to prevent it being opened; the kitchen missed part of our breakfast order and the error was not confirmed until they asked it we were ready for the check. Any one of these concerns is minor, but the pattern they demonstrate reflects the underlying issue: they charge too much for the service they provide.

We had two accidents. Our 4 year old tripped on the 6 inch raised plate before you ext the sliding door to the balcony and hurt her knees. Our 3 year old fell off the bed and injured the back of her head. She went back to sleep bleeding and it was believed that she hit her head on a piece of metal sticking slight out from under bed.

Love that y'all have linked with the Hilton app and allow us to use that to make check-in all the easier. This was the first time I was able to use the Hilton app when booking through *******.

Above and Beyond Staff! The Hotel meet all expectations. Staff was excellent, i purchased my stay with breakfast and they have vouchers for up to 4 guests only, but honored my 6 guests on my reservation, which i really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious! i highly recommend this place if your visiting the crystal coast!
