Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta - Buckhead

Our suite was spacious with extremely comfortable beds. The room smelled clean, and the linens were fresh. We were visiting for a concert. When returning about 11pm. There was a leak in our A/C and the carpet was wet. I called the front desk, told them and they were willing to move us. But we were tired from our drive and the concert. They apologized and I await any partial refund or replacement night at some point.

Me and my family checked in around 630am Friday morning I booked the room for Thursday-Sunday. When we arrived I checked the room and I checked the water in the bathroom and the water in the tub was ice cold. I let it run for 30 mins still ice cold. I notified the staff around 730/8am they told us we could take a shower in another room. So we did that and they told us that they were going to fix the problem. Me and my family left and came back around 900pm problem still not solved and was told we had to leave tonight. We asked the guy could we stay tonight and leave tomorrow morning he said sure. The sofa bed was broken so that couldn’t be use. The hotel water in the tub couldn’t be use either and all the rooms in the hotel was booked.

Our air didn't work on our room. The refrigerator was leaking water. The front desk man brought us 2 box fans and said there was no one there that could fix the air for us until Monday. We got there Friday.

They overcharged me. Refused to give me any kind of receipt. They told me since I booked it with hotels only they could deal with it. Asked four times to three different people. Still don’t understand why I was charged 100 bucks more!!!! Don’t go here unless you want to be overcharged without an answer as to why??????!

Absolutely amazing! Hotel was beautiful, friendly staff, just made our family trip even better, we will definitely stay there every time!

I prepaid for the hotel stay and was surprised on arrival. I was informed that I needed to pay $525 for incidentals ($75 per night. During my week stay, housekeeping came to my room once. I asked for fresh towels and wash clothes and was given some towels. The staff stated that she would return with some wash clothes but never returned.

Great property but they had recently painted the wood surface in the rooms so it smells like lacquer. It gave us a headache. They did switch rooms for us but that room had the same issues but wasn’t as bad. Staff was very polite. The lacquer was still wet so it got all over anything that touched it.

We loved our stay! Going through the stress of Atlanta made it worth it staying at Homewood Suites!
