Great location and great accommodation. The girl in the reception was very helpful and lovely. Will definitely recommend!

The room was perfect for my family and the location of the hotel made it easy for us to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly.

The location was very nice easy access to many popular places in Athens. Breakfast is offsite at a restaurant that is nearby but has four meal options you have to choose from. The customers service and the rooms were very nice the rooms looked exactly how it did in the photo which was nice to see. One thing which I can’t blame on the hotel was late at night there is some noise from bars nearby but other than that no complaints. If I ever come back to Athens I think I would come back to stay again!

Spacious, well located and value for money Located in monastiraki which is very close to the Acropolis. Many restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel gave the codes for the main door and room in advance. The front desk which is staffed till 11pm was friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious with a microwave, coffee machine etc.

Helpful staff and comfortable unit The unit was a spacious one bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel was very helpful in arranging a transfer for me at midnight as my flight was delayed. The breakfast was at a nearby restaurant and was very pleasant. It is two blocks from the metro stop and the centrally located flea market as well as central market. Very convenient location.

Artisan Suites was a great deal in a top location. The outdoor street can be loud, as it is a prime place for restaurants and cafes. Breakfast is not on site but just around the corner at a nice restaurant for a great change of pace. The rooms include a kitchenette with fridge and espresso machine, and an air well to allow a cross breeze in the room if you don’t want to use the AC. The staff are excellent and the property uses temporary codes, so you won’t have to worry about losing your key or card. Lastly, the staff was super helpful in showing where and how to get to important locations (like the bus terminals), and finding fair prices for taxis.

The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was better than expected. The noise from the street was a bit much at first, but it was not a deal breaker. This is not a fault of the hotel. Location was close to everything, dining, shopping, transportation, sites. Overall, would highly recommend. Excellent experience. PS: Breakfast at Brunchers was amazing!!

Insanely Loud The room had a damp musty odor. There was a open cup of ice cream left in the freezer. There was no shampoo and we had to buy our own.There were no tissues either. Worst of all the hotel is near a music venue and music was blasting at concert level to 1am on Sat night. It was slightly better on Sun when it only blared until 11:15. Worst of all the price of $255 a night is not justified For all this I would give it ONE star
