新裝修了大堂,但是房間很陳舊,很像上世紀中國縣城政府招待所。酒店內外都有蟑螂出現,建議網友謹慎選擇

房間比較小,床單上有一大塊黃黃的不知名物體,淋浴房有頭髮沒打掃乾淨!酒店服務很好,工作人員很熱情!

It is very classic and vintage inside the room! But hotel reception and doorman are very thoughtful and helpful on every guilde to everyone! Breakfast is amazing for traveller like me must wake up by good food’! So It is definitely a standard of 5 star and the location surround by great local cuisines with reasonable price! If you come for city walk for short! This hotel is the best of choice!

Отель нам понравился. Наше заселение 20 сентября 2025 года ночью во многом из за профессионального отношения к своей работе женщины которая стояла в ресепшне отеля прошло великолепно. Сервис в отеле, питание и качество номера нас полносью удовлетворил. При выселении 23 сениября ближе к обеду в ресепшне стояла другая сотрудница отеля которая явно неотличающася вежливостью, за что я не смог поставить максимальную оценку этому отелю.

Great service. They tried their best to give me my room ahead of check in time along with a complimentary breakfast. Great buffet spread. Maybe as an improvement, add something something new each or every other day.
I stayed a total of 5 days in between tours. Rooms were always clean. If had to find any improvement, maybe have a bidet in every toilet.
But overall, I recommend this hotel. Close enough to city centre via subway or €8-10taxi.

We had the most enjoyable stay at the Divani caravel. It’s is a 5min drive from the centre of Athens and has nice coffee shops nearby. The rooftop pool is beautiful with great views of the city and the Parthenon. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon your arrival, you expressed a wish to change rooms, as you found the one allocated to be too small.We would like to inform you, as our Manager also mentioned, that as a gesture of hospitality and goodwill, we had already upgraded your booking with a double upgrade from Essential Room to an Executive Room with a view of the Acropolis. However, you preferred not to keep that room.Following this, we showed you two additional rooms on the 5th and 2nd floors, but you declined both options as well.During your visit, you showed our team a photo of a suite. Kindly note that your booking was not for a suite category but for our Essential Standard room type. Even though your attitude toward our staff was challenging at times, our reception team remained fully professional and did their best to accommodate you. The Manager also offered a special discounted rate for a suite upgrade, which you declined, requesting the suite free of charge. Unfortunately, this was not possible. Similarly, as your reservation was non-refundable, a refund could not be issued in accordance with the booking policy.We are truly sorry that our efforts to accommodate your requests were not appreciated, and that you decided to leave the hotel without using your reservation.Nevertheless, we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to our hotel on your next visit to Athens. Hotel was very good and location of the hotel too! There was small problem that I come early in the morning at 4:30 am . Wanted to pay for early check in . But they told me it’s too early to do that and I should wait!till 9 am 🙄 later on they helped me with early check in. But it put minus for such good hotel
