Nos alojamos en este Hotel una semana en julio de 2025, en la página, las fotos parecen otra cosa de lo que realmente es. Está anticuado, viejo y el personal no tiene ningún interés en que te sientas cómodo. La habitación es bastante vieja, las cortinas delcogadas rozaban el suelo, el baño, que se suponía ib a atener jacuzzi, no se usa desde los años 80. Las toallas muchas de las veces , nos las traían rotas y no podías colgarlas en ningún sitio porque estaban rotos. Lo peor el desayuno, las máquinas sucias del café y el zumo y la charcutería si quedaba del día anterior, allí se quedaba. Se nos derramó el zumo en los manteles de la mesa y al día siguiente allí seguía el mantel sucio. Lo único bueno, que tenía aire acondicionado y estaba cerca del bus al centro. Fue bastante decepcionante.

Walls and carpets of rooms were digustingly dirty . Beds were likely sleeping on boards . about the hygebue of the room. Was give. A plate of fruit and wine as an apology . However , it didn’t fix the uncomfortable stay we had . If I hadn’t been with a tour I would have gone else where.

Carpet was stained and dirty, Linen was torn, AC was very old and not cooling effectively. Nothing was done even on complaining. Mail remained unanswered. Electric Kettle was not provided for tea/ coffee. Water bottles were not replenished on second day of stay. Breakfast spread was very limited. Overall not good experience.

It is by far the worst 4 star hotel ever, doesn’t worth this value at all. As other reviews mentioned, room was not clean the carpet smells bad and we have allergy. The male receptionist has really bad attitude even with my 5 years old daughter, he was not friendly at all. No service to take your luggages to the room!! Small elevator. Balcony has never been cleaned. No view. No air conditioner in the reception or in the restaurant.

Setting tte stage was the recepionists poor attitude and in the scorching heat all the air-conditioning in the reception and dining area was turned off to save power. As you entered the passage way to the room you were greeted by vile odour from carpets that haven't been cleaned in ages. Entering the room was more devastating as the rooms were stinking with floors that were dirty and stained in red liquid. Important to note that the local promiscuous trade uses this hotel for their clients rendezvous. Be very aware before booking this hotel.
