The front desk hotel clerk should be a bit more pleasant . The hotel room needs to be renovated . The tub is all scratched up and all. The air conditioning unit is a bit loud. I would suggest for the owner to allow for late check out even with a fee , would be acceptable or reasonable for customers. We were told too by the front desk hotel clerk that late checkout won’t be considered, except for a 30 minute extension because the housekeeping cleaning crew were less staffed and that a Baseball team are expected to check in. It didn’t seem like there were really a lot of occupants in the hotel, based on what we’ve seen at parked cars at the parking lot. I supposed , considering the hotel price rate we paid, it would be as expected .

Bugs in room Unfortunately we had roaches in our room, on the night stand and on the wall near bed. We couldn’t sleep thinking what would try to crawl on us during the night. Unacceptable.

Graffiti on the wall inside the room, no locks on the doors that led to the hallways, rusted AC unit, felt unsafe for my family.
