The place is roomy and clean but my only problem is the air conditioning.  When it reaches the set temperature it turns off.  Then when it turns back on it was so loud and it does that 3 times in the middle of the night which makes me wake up all the time.  Now I got this big headache because of not sleeping well 😢

I booked with them trusting myself and my kids would have a place to stay when we arrived, when I went to check in they said I still had to pay for the room even tho I provided a receipt to them showing I paid for the room already but it was pending... They failed to acknowledge my receipt and told me unless I had another form of payment to pay for the room again they would cancel my reservation. Which I didn't have another form of payment and had no more money to pay twice for the room so in the end my kids and myself ended sleeping in my car for 2 nights. The manager had 0 concern or empathy towards the situation and did not help me at all. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I have been staying here about six times now and I have had good experiences until now! First of all I did not feel welcomed at all. Breakfast used to be better. I asked for orange juice and I was told ‘we only have what is there in the machine’ so no orange juice! When room service was done no extra towels were given no toilet paper was placed. There were also dirty socks behind the air conditioner. Had to go down to front desk to ask for more coffee packets, toilet paper and more towels throughout my stay of a week. Please do better! Be more welcoming smile more especially to people that rarely asks for anything and tries not to bother anyone compared to other guests that I see that complain for any little thing and even them it seems like they get better treatment. Other than this it was ok. Just lack of towels, coffee packets and toilet paper. Did not like the breakfast, there was no orange juice and the lady in front desk did not explain why. There were dirty socks behind the air conditioner and the bedspread had red stains on it. Unacceptable in my opinion. Hope this helps you do better!

Not good if you have CPAP or Medical Device The room was very clean and the staff was friendly, but I did ask for a call as soon as I could check in and never received one. If you have a CPAP or any medical device that have to be plugged in, be aware that the outlets are on a motion sensor. We were not told about this and we're up all night because my husband's CPAP machine kept turning off and we could not figure out why. It was a nightmare. I brought this to the staffs attention in the morning and that is when I was told there were some outlets that ran on a motion sensor. That is something that every guest should be made aware of at check-in. People with serious medical issues that require a devise to sleep or whatever the situation is, is a serious issue when it does not work. Had I not been there with him it could have been much worse.
