很務實的一家酒店，基本設施都正常，挺乾淨舒適，但是房間格局很奇怪。住1-2晚，然後白天去不同酒莊是可以的，附近酒莊大概都是開車20分鐘內能到的。我也是因為訂不到酒莊的酒店，所以選他的。
早餐就真的很普通了，如果送的就可以去吃。

The hotel employee who answered the phone was rude and even lied about being able to issue a refund. She said “third party reservation companies are difficult to work with and prevent the hotel from issuing refunds.” I called ******* and they confirmed that the HOTEL denied the refund. I called Aubrey at the hotel again and she tried to deflect responsibility. Would not book at this hotel.

We booked a room because of the photos online. I could have picked from several hotels in the area. Unfortunately we were given a handicapped room that did NOT resemble the photos online when I booked. The cleanliness was below standard. There were stains on the wall and baseboards in the bath along with mold in the Tub/shower. The room was not represented by the photos online.

We stayed here for four nights. Loved the pool and free breakfast. Ended up with a septic back up on our last day and they didn’t have any other rooms or someone to fix it so we had to put up with the smell and not being able to shower the last night. Tried calling and emailing manager about a refund for that night and got no response

In this place you feel just like at home. When you arrive in the evening, if you did not make the bed nobody did! The give you a piece of paper with a lot of info, where they sneak in poor language the fact that the room will not be cleaned.
The breakfast is horrible, and closes early

Stay was okay. However, I asked for a room that was accessible. I didn’t get it. Was able to use the toilet but couldn’t take a shower. Bed was comfortable. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Front desk did not make us feel welcomed. There was no trash bag in restroom trash can. There was a used coffee sugar package next to coffee maker. Evident scribbles on refrigerator and most disturbing there was a red stain on mattress. Need to improve and correct this issues.
