Stayed one night on 9/16/23. This motel has seen its day. It's way over due for a full renovation. The rooms are dirty and dated. The shower fixtures are work. Stains on the rear back to bathroom door like oil or water. Bathroom door is banged up so you can see exposed particle wood. Moth was flying around the room and attracted to my cell phone. Spend a few more dollars and stay at a newer select service hotel like the Holiday Inn Express. I do not recommend you stay here even if it's just one night. The rate I paid was only $30-40 less than Holiday Inn Express and they provide a decent breakfast.

This is a very pleasant two-star motel near the center of Atascadero. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff very friendly and I was very comfortable for my overnight stay. A good value for the price.

Great location. Large clean room with two tvs in each family rooms. Pool is large the kids loved. Japanese restaurant located across hotel. Next to downtown, bars, & Dennys. Noticed Tesla charging station across. We will be back for a quick weekend get away.

I read some of the reviews and so glad we didn't listen to them...extremely clean and comfortable! Very big rooms with nice big picture windows. We almost spent $50 more at the chain motel down the road....do not pass this gem up! Exceptional

Room was very clean, attractive and comfortable. Very good value for an inexpensive motel.

$15 Destination fee charged! Beware hidden fees! BEWARE HIDDEN FEES!!! Be sure to read, read, read all the small print entirely down to the bottom to discover a very small mentioned $15 destination fee. Also, be aware that there is MASSIVE construction going on out front and access is extremely difficult.
