索赫納雷塔爾景觀度假村

Bad experience. Not recommended at all. No food alternatives. Restaurant staff very very rude except for mo3awad. It was like begging for more food if you are still hungry 😂 One of the chef's had many fights with the customers. Rooms are not clean. No tissues in bathroom and we requested it many times without any reply. Even the bathroom was smelly. They had a nice aqua and this was the only positive point in the hotel.

Great place with great vibes and amenities. The water park is great and the beach is even better. The night shows are great for all ages. They had animals to look at which were a good treat. The room could have been set up better. The dinner was good.

Absolutely dirty shower is cold full of sand the mattresses are so old there uncomfortable went resteraunt food was ok but very busy kids running around much to small the food looked like it was thrown on the plates obviously other guests kids messing with it no ashtray any where been here 5 hours ready to leave

رحلة العين السخنه السنه دى كانت فى فندق ريتال العين السخنه و مدة الرحلة مش كبيرة بس قضينا وقت جميل و استمعنا بحمام السباحة و انبسطنا من الانيميشن و كانت ألعابهم و حفلاتهم جميلة حقيقى كانت إجازة جميلة بمناسبه لينا و أن شاء الله هنكررها تانى ،😅❤️🥰😘😘

The staff are not qualified to treat with guests The rooms, beds, mattresses are not clean at all You have to pay for drinkable water The pool is not clean, the beach is the worst than you can imagine Don’t expect to see any one from housekeeping

The worst place you can ever go to Filthy hotel No higene , low level people No one is wearing swimming costume Restaurant's smelly poor air condition. Pool table and table tennis are broken, very bad room service No pillow cases nor towels first thing when we received the room and we haven’t received any til we left
