服務和態度確實都不錯，缺點就是不在市區（當然很安靜，我整夜都是開空調開窗睡，因為空調實在太冷了）。缺點就是帶孩子必須加床，一個床40美金。這個價格要比很多高檔酒店都貴

This beautiful hotel, decorated in a colourful and tasteful Nubian style, is a jewel right on the Nile. Attention to detail - clean, comfortable beds, gorgeous bathroom, beautiful private patios overlooking the river, and locally made art - is evident everywhere. The attentive, gracious staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and pampered. The delicious food is designed for everyone’s taste and can be enjoyed indoors or outside next to the Nile. A lovely infinity pool and hot tub are available for your relaxation and pleasure. Everything about this hotel is more than a five star experience.

We loved Nubian style architecture. It was very unique and colorful. It located right by the Nile, so we enjoyed the quiet morning atmosphere of the river. The hotel staff were very friendly, they even packed nice breakfast for us to the early morning trip. Hopefully we can go back one day.

Nous avons sejourne 4 nuits dans cet établissement la semaine passée. L endroit est très beau, les chambres dans le style nubien sont magnifiques avec une belle petite terrasse sans parler de la piscine a débordement grandiose au coucher du soleil. Le restaurant est de bon rapport qualité prix avec une carte qui change ! (Le petit déjeuner n est pas au standard pour des français qui ne font pas de repas complet au petit déjeuner, pas de bon pain). Cafe : Nescafé ; dommage ! (Pas de machine a cafe). Thé : lipton de base. Le personnel est sympathique . La réception n'a pas su répondre à nos questions de base ( taxi pour le ferry boat, ..). Nous avons un passé un bon séjour même si nous avons trouvé le prix un peu élevé compte tenu de ce qui précède.

The Sonesta is a small and unique hotel that sits right on the Nile just outside of Aswan. Service, sunsets and evenings on your patio are the highlights! Mustaffah - who was both our bar tender and waiter was both professional and friendly! Highly recommend.

Excellent hôtel ! Idéal pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Chambres très bien décorées, masseur de haut niveau, chef cuisinier digne d’un premier étoilé, piscine, calme au bord du Nil face aux dunes de sable. Vraiment à conseiller avec un rapport qualité prix de rare niveau

I love this hotel! It is a little out of the city which made it quiet and an amazing place to relax. First the staff is unbelievably friendly and kind. The hotel is cute & kitschy and would recommend to anyone looking for something with charm, amazing services and wanting to relax. The rooms are large and comfortable. The hair dryer supplied was one of the best I have had at a hotel! The restaurant staff made a meal for us that wasn’t on the menu and they made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. If visiting Aswan, this is a must stay hotel!

I absolutely loved this place. It is a little bit away from the city (about 3 miles/5 km) but that means you get a little private, quiet piece of the Nile from the room balcony. The staff were just excellent and took care of us so well. The front desk was always helpful and helped arrange our tours and taxis. The rooms were charming, clean, and orderly. The rest of the hotel is similarly clean and charming. When we arrived we had an issue with our room’s AC not working well, and the staff responded immediately and helped us move rooms when it was clear it wouldn’t be fixed quickly. They were similarly very responsive to our needs during the entirety of the trip. The security at the hotel is also great.

Superbe hôtel dans un style authentique. Sincèrement tout était parfait : emplacement calme face au Nil, belle chambre style nubien avec petite terrasse individuelle, propreté, et gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel. Belle piscine à débordement face au Nil. Petit déjeuner le matin et au soleil au calme face au NIl était un plaisir. Remerciements particuliers au restaurant : avec un service chaleureux de Mostafa Malek et félicitations au chef pour la qualité des plats cuisinés avec des produits de qualité. C’était inattendu et un plaisir.
