I had a confirmed and paid reservation through Trip.com, and upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that there were no rooms available because the hotel was overbooked. They offered me another hotel from the same group, but it was much worse – old, dirty, and poorly located. Since the city was crowded, I had no other option. I found out they did the same to at least six other people. In other words, they keep accepting reservations even after they’re fully booked and transfer guests to another one of their hotels that remains empty because it’s terrible! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

However, the excellent value for money creates a compelling proposition for budget-conscious travelers. Location The location truly stands out as exceptional (AAA), situated within a small shopping center which provides convenience but comes with notable drawbacks. Room Quality Linens: The towels are noticeably dated and in need of replacement Infrastructure: Air conditioning systems are subpar Noise Insulation: Virtually non-existent, particularly problematic given the hotel's location Noise Issues Upper Floors: Clearly audible gym classes from the shopping center First Floor: Additional disturbance from restaurant and bar equipment (mixers and other kitchen equipment) Overall: Inadequate soundproofing throughout the property Dining Experience Breakfast Quality: Decent but basic Beverages: Filtered coffee only (no espresso options or cappuccinos) Positives: Fresh fruit juices available Food Safety Concern: Cold cuts and cheeses are not properly refrigerated (not kept on ice or cooled), raising concerns in the hot climate Staff General Demeanor: Kind and courteous Responsiveness: Very attentive when directly engaged Breakfast Service: Staff frequently distracted by personal cell phones, creating an unprofessional impression Value Assessment Despite its five-star classification, this hotel delivers an experience more aligned with a good three-star establishment. However, the value for money is excellent, making it a worthwhile option for travelers who can tolerate the noted deficiencies. The combination of prime location and affordable pricing compensates somewhat for the shortcomings in amenities and service.

Wir waren erneut im FIVE Hotel. Das Zimmer wurde zwar nicht, wie gewünscht, abseits des Fahrstuhles zugeteilt. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Die Betten sind mega bequem, das Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und sprechen mittlerweile auch englisch. Leider ist es mit dem Service an den Pool Bars etwas anderes. An einem Pool war kein Service. Es war auch nicht möglich eine Bestellung aufzugeben. Ich musste durch das ganze Hotel an die andere Bar, um Getränke zu holen. Am Abend ist es sehr schön, an der Bar zu sitzen. Das Cocktail war aber leider sehr schlecht. Da wir hier schon besser Erfahrungen gemacht haben, werden wir wieder hier buchen.
