Buen hotel el con muy buena atención, limpio, con aparcamiento y tranquilo a pesar de estar cerca de la autovía. En mi caso, fui en grupo y solicitamos una habitación más para re ubicarnos porque al final venía un viajero más, más tarde que el grupo, y no hubo problemas, es más nos querían mandar a la camarera de planta por si las camas estaban deshechas, ya que nos habíamos tumbado después del viaje. Un detalle esas pequeñas cosas. Habitaciones renovadas y buen buffet desayuno.

入住很友好,很有幫助我提前到了,很客氣地允許在正常時間之前入住。只說到我的個人房間,它是TINY(我住在紐約即使按照紐約的標準,這也很微小),但它是如此智能地佈置,它從未感到擁擠。牀品質量很好,很舒服。除了日常的家務外,這裏絕對沒有服務(就我所知,附近的咖啡館從來沒有開放過)。這延伸到我認爲正常的維修問題:我房間裏的電視機的移除控制功能不正常,而且顯然沒有人現場可以修復它,所以在我在那裏的兩天裏它一直沒有固定。我在網上找到了一個很好的價格,所以總的來說,它是一個很好的價值,故障和所有。

Hemos estado alojados de sábado a domingo. En la habitación sólo estuvimos a la hora de ir a dormir sobre la 1.30 de la mañana, momento en el que percibimos un fuerte olor a tabaco que provenía tanto de almohadas como de sábanas, así como una mancha de ceniza en la sábana bajera. Por la mañana le comunico el problema a la chica de recepción, que me dice que tendríamos que haber dicho algo a la 1.30 de la mañana y se nos habría cambiado de habitación, a lo que yo contesté que desconocía que eso se podía hacer a esas horas intempestivas. Al lo haber ningún responsable la única solución es no cobrar el parking, y me dicen que si mando la foto de la sábana alguien se pondrá en contacto conmigo para darme una solución a mayores. Nadie se pone en contacto y vuelvo a insistir y la respuesta que se me da por parte de gerencia es que no hay solución que dar ya. Hemos pagado por una habitación que no estaba en condiciones. Vaya servicio de limpieza. Y vaya forma de dejar contentos a los clientes. Ya sé a dónde no volveremos cuando vayamos a Oviedo. Tampoco al sercotel ciudad de Oviedo, que es lo mismo.

Have no hesitation in staying here whilst visiting Oviedo. Modern building with fantastic staff who are very proud of their city, they are extremely helpful in advising god places to visit, eat and drink so that you can fully appreciate this lovely city. Comfortable bedroom , good reception areas and underground car parking. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

我們在這裏住了一晚。酒店由著名建築師卡拉特拉瓦設計,從外面給人留下了深刻的印象。房間很大,牀和枕頭很舒服。服務友好而高效。價格包含驚人的早餐。外面的結構顯示出磨損的跡象,可以觸摸到。房間本身有一些磨損的跡象,但沒有影響我們的住宿。

The hotel as a whole is a beautiful place in a wonderful location. The first impression was great. Friendly and welcoming check-in. However, once details come up and they are not resolved, it becomes annoying. Rooms lack basic amenities like tissues, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file (amenities that are standard in a 5 star hotel). The same room types, which cost exactly the same per night, differ in the amenities that are available in some and not in others. We have 3 rooms of the same category. For example, there is full body mirror in room 203. But a mirror in room 202. (Same room type.) There is a long full-length mirror in 203 and 103 and there is none in 202. There is also a coffee maker in 202 but not in the other 2 rooms.. these are small insignificant details. The biggest problem is not the lack of amenities but the lack of attention because there is not enough staff. It's really a ”one man show”.... In the F&B areas. At the reception... no one answers the phone when you need reception and the coffee at breakfast only comes after breakfast has already been served... feel sorry for the poor staff, they are overworked. However when you need something done in the room... you can call and call, they might apologise but no other solution is given other than a room move. Which on a holiday is not very practical. The bathroom blinds in room 202 are damaged, no one even tries to fix it. In room 203 the windows do not open (faulty) maintenance does not check the condition... only solution is a room move... it would be nice for at least a gesture of finding a solution... I hope the people in charge read this because the place is beautiful, it has a lot of potential and it would be nice if other future guests could enjoy it and not be annoyed by small details that add up and become a burden during the stay.

We specifically booked at this hotel for the Spa and Swimming Pool facilities to revive our weary bodies as we were hiking and cycling the Camino Del Norte . After check in we were advised that the Spa is closed and the swimming pool only opens on 1 June. This was not mentioned on their website or on ***********. The receptionist was unwelcoming and didn't bother to greet us. When we asked for a cup of hot water, the man that delivered it to our room almost broke the door down and was very rude to us. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is adjacent to an industrial area and we experienced noises throughout the night. The bed was terribly hard and I rolled around all night. You would be far better off to travel an extra 20 km and stay in Tapia de Casariego on the beach.

訪訪客用戶We booked this hotel due to its location not far from Real Oviedo football ground. We visited Oviedo for my son’s birthday and to go to football match. Room was triple deluxe room which was large enough for the 3 of us. Bathroom was large and more than adequate. Shower very powerful. Toiletries included, including toothpaste and toothbrushes. Beds were comfortable and wardrobe large enough for what we needed. Cafe in the hotel was nice and very reasonably priced. Staff in cafe and on reception were lovely Downside - air conditioning did not work in room and when I spoke to reception they said that it had been turned on - it seems that this is centrally controlled and even though we turned room temperature down to 16 and turned fan high, we could not get the air conditioning to work which meant the room was far too hot and I slept approx 8 hours over 3 nights due to the heat. Another issue was we were shocked to discover there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room - we have never been to a hotel that did not provide tea and coffee and we found this a huge let down

Desayuno completo, variado con fruta fresca y zumo natural.Una buena relación calidad precio. Imagino que en verano con la piscina exterior y la terraza será un lujo.. habrá que volver

訪訪客用戶Hotel céntrico y cómodo, cercano al puente romano, en la plaza del pueblo, junto al Ayuntamiento. En la trasera hay un parking grande pero es de pago hasta el sábado al mediodía, aunque hay zonas cercanas para aparcar gratuitamente. El personal de recepción es agradable. La habitación muy amplia y decorada con gusto, parece renovada, un baño grande con ducha y bañera gigante. Las almohadas son cómodas y la cama grande pero en el centro había cómo una diferencia de altura, es posible que lo formaran 2 colchones de diferente grosor o 2 somieres con el ajuste de las patas diferentes. También dispone de un sofá que se convierte en cama. Las persianas tienen tecla de subida y bajada automática. Tv grande con muchos canales. En el baño, en la zona de espejos hay poca iluminación y es escasa para maquill**** o ver con nitidez la cara.... El desayuno variado con fruta, yogures, cafés e infusiones, zumo y bollería industrial pero sabroso y embutido. No hay huevos, ni bacon ni similar, pero está bien y es suficiente para salir desayunado del hotel. Si vuelvo por la zona repetiré. El hotel dispone de bar y restaurante, que tiene buena pinta, con terraza, y se ve frecuentado por los lugareños.

訪訪客Céntrico, bien dispuesto, limpio y buenas instalaciones. El personal, tanto de recepción de día como de la cafetería a la hora de los desayunos, competente, atento, afable y eficiente. Buen conocedor de su cometido. Muy bien, también, el servicio de acondicionamiento de las habitaciones. Lo recomendaría a otras personas que desearan una estancia grata en la ciudad y un buen alojamiento.

訪訪客酒店,房間和接待人員都很棒,很友好,房間相當寬,很舒適,但是清理服務相當不利。我們留了三夜,第二天我們不得不警告,我們房間第一天還沒有清理。我們早晨8點50分開房間門,沒有通知,沒有道歉,着,因爲我們睡着了,我們不必讓房間到12點11分,清人員的態度可,他們遠遠不道歉****,否認了這一點,儘管有一些門指標(無論是做房間還是不打擾的)的照片,他們還是在向我們道歉。

訪訪客Un hotel de tres estrellas normal para pasar unos dias.Por decir algo que no me gusto es que no tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones,y el dia de la llegada hacia un calor infernal en la habitacion ,otra cosa que no me gusto es el poco espacio de parking que tiene si vas un poco tarde a la noche puede que no tengas parking.Las instalaciones en si quizas un poco desfasadas,la apertura de la habitacion se hace con la llave de toda la vida la de hierro en vez de tener la tipica tarjeta .En cuanto al personal de 10 tanto en la recepcion como en la cafeteria y restaurante.Sobre la comida decir que el desayuno tipo bufet normal bastante variedad pero no cuenta con un cocinero que te pueda hacer un par de huevos fritos al momento .el menu de la comida no puedo decir por que hemos pasado los dias fuera pero la cena dispones de carta o platos conbinados estos ultimos a unbuen precio.
