阿斯塔納Studencheskiy Park附近住宿

Bon Hotel avec rapport qualité prix correct. Tres bon petit dej buffet. Chambres spacieuses et propres, belle salle de bain. A proximité quelques restaurants et supermarchés. Staf sympa. Un taxi est nécessaire pour ce rendre au coeur de la ville ( ville immense !).

Чистый отель, просторные номера, отличное расположение( рядом министерства, основные учреждения, отделения банков, остановки, достопримечательности, торговые центры, парки. Вежливый персонал. Есть ресторан при отеле.

Stayed there for 2 days, loved everything. Very spacious and clean rooms, attentive and friendly staff. Especially enjoyed the spa and hammam; there are many procedures available. A hotel with a unique style where you can enjoy a pleasant stay overall.

I had intended to spend four nights at this hotel. However, I checked out after only two nights, as I had trouble sleeping due to club music coming from the hotel and/or surrounding area. I stayed in rooms 1107 & 1605. I didn't want to checkout, as the hotel, on every level, was excellent, specific to staff, service, room quality, gym, spa (I had one treatment), club lounge, and food. I would have rated the hotel 5 stars without hesitation, but, I lowered my rating because of the noise. If you're not bothered by such noise nuances, stay at this hotel!

Totally enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Considering the price, its location is perfect, just some walks away from the key landmarks in Astana, like the tent mall. Very safe location as well, even as I was walking after sun down. The bed & room was comfortable enough. I’d like kudos to the male receptionist when I checked in on the 21st, very friendly & even provided me with shopping tips on where to get the stuff I wanted & needed in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when I come back in town

The team in lounge area is wonderful, they are so friendly and full of care to me and my family. I want to say special thank you to Olzhas, Maria, Aiym, Ekaterina et Al. You are the best in the hotel. Each time I visit Astana I spend my time in the lounge on the second floor and enjoy the conversation with them.

Плюсы: -потрясающий вид на город через панорамные окна (рекомендую для фотосессий😉, фото прикрепила) -чистота -наличие бассейна -расположение: в центре, до всего можно дойти пешком, идеально для туристов. Рядом трц, супермаркет. Минусы: -в моем номере была дверь в другой номер (есть на фото, позади кресла) о которой не предупредили. Через нее слышен был разговор и смех проживающих в соседнем номере. Как минимум надо о таком предупреждать, как максимум снизить номер на такой номер -72% растаявший СПРЕД вместо сливочного масла на завтраке! Это ужас для отеля такого уровня. -официанты не смогли подсказать как работает тостер, приклейте к тостеру краткую инструкцию -скажите официантам на завтраке что смахивать крошки на пол это не нормально, их надо аккуратно вытирать тряпкой и не на пол, причем крошки убирать из под солонок и перечниц тоже!

指令...阿斯塔納...酒店總體不錯,但不拉到4* 從我同事早上6點起飛到酒店,7點起落到酒店,我進房間時,房間完全髒,沒有打掃。我被邀請去換一個家庭房間,但根本沒有窗戶,我堅持,我把房間拿走了,我就了。我的同事沒有關閉窗戶,從第一次開始就無法關閉,而且他們也想提供另一個房間,但是窗戶奇蹟般地關閉了)))))總的來說,房間是寬的,但是我們是在街上溫度下-20-30C房間裏很冷,電池沒工作。浴室沒有子,只有半玻璃,不方便,很多牛都掉到地板上,也沒幹,就是崩潰!早餐很,菜很少,帶食物少。總體來說酒店一般,但吃得更好!!!

這是一家非常新、乾淨的飯店。工作人員很友好，樂於助人。不錯的自助早餐。房間雖小，但很有吸引力。然而，如果您攜帶的行李多於基本行李，架子或儲存空間非常有限。我們四月在那裡，無法控制房間的溫度，即使開著窗戶，房間裡的溫度也讓人不舒服。

An amazing hotel in the middle of a city of the future. The Hilton Astana is conveniently located just across feb street of the financial center, an expo space that is amazing. The museum of the energy of they future, Nur Alem is an amazing view. My room was just in front of it, and it was breathtaking. I tried the three restaurants, all fantastic. My favorite was the rooftop bar. Great food and drinks and a FABULOUS service. The hostess was so nice and the gentlemen of the bar were amazing. The hotel made arrangements for transportation from and to the airport and within the city; that made my stay so easy. Next to the hotel you can find a huge mall. Rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Just one detail, the hotel was getting ready for a big event so there was more noise than expected. Elevators were also having problems.
