酒店位置超棒，就在阿西西聖方濟各教堂附近，出酒店右轉5分鐘可達。登記入住時酒店會給一張綠色停車單，然後行李放下，自己把車開去聖方濟各教堂停車場，前台人員幫忙在圖上標註去停車場路線，或者Google導航輸入停車場英文名按指示去，很準確，綠色停車單要放在車裡前風擋玻璃處，停車場走路回來酒店5分鐘；離開時先去把車開回酒店，綠色停車單給前台交費7歐一天。酒店房間白色系，乾淨整潔，三人入住，給加一個單人牀，用品按三人準備，有拖鞋。非常推薦。前台及服務人員都很棒。

I stayed here with my husband and two teenagers from June 8 to June 9. Location is second to none, only a few steps from Basilica of St. Francis and also walking distance to/from the bus station. The entire town is just lovely and very charming. We got family room #10 located on the building's attic, it consists of two separate areas: a double bed, and two twin beds, with a bathroom right in the middle. Enough toiletries for all 4 of us and the entire room was clean, with plenty of storage places. The double bed area might come across as small so you could store items on the twin bed area which is a bit more spacious. Both twin and double rooms have brand new flat screen TV's, so updated that we were able to watch Netflix. AC is located only on the twin room so guests on the double room might not feel it so my advice would be to turn it on way before you get to sleep and also to close the bathroom door so that the air distributes more evenly. Beds were comfy and we had piece and quiet during our sleep despite a concert going on right at the Basilica's premises. Not enough dining options nearby; there's a restaurant facing the Basilica but it doesn't serve full dinner until 7pm. Breakfast was delicious and very filling: coffee, juices, croissants, fruit(i.e. apples, oranges, bananas), pieces of cake, biscuits, cold cereal, assorted cheese, yogurt, jelly, Nutella, butterand different kinds of bread. I found this breakfast to be simple, yet one of the best I've ever had at this type of accomodation. I'm giving this place a rating of 4 instead of 5 for the following reason: we booked via *********** and my husband got an email with instructions on how to make self-checking in case we arrived after reception's closing time which was 7pm. We arrived at 4:30pm so reception was supposed to be open, no one answered when we rang the bell so my husband entered the code to enter. We did and there was no one on sight so my husband followed the instructions on where to look for our check-in envelope. All 4 of us looked everywhere also fearing that by doing so were being way too intrusive but there was no info related to us. Several times we tried to reach the staff at all three numbers that were posted on reception with no response and there was no email to contact them so last resort was to sending them a message via *********** before considering staying somewhere else, all the while crossing our fingers that this time someone could respond. Finally, at aprox. 5pm, my husband got a reply stating that we just grab key #10 from the wall and go to our room. Next morning the lady from reception requested us our passport just a couple of minutes before check-out; I know it's part of the procedure but I see no point in showing our ID's right when we were about to leave. We didn't mind that staff doesn't speak too much English; instead, we decided to learn some basic Italian phrases before leaving home because we're not self-entitled when it comes

酒店的位置非常好，從火車站門口搭乘巴士，到St Francesco教堂站下車，酒店就在對麪200米，第一張照片就是巴士下車后，拍酒店，前方中間的大房子就是酒店。第一張照片中左邊的方高塔就是St. Francis教堂（走10分鐘不到就到），第二張照片就是在酒店露台拍的，到老城中心就是走着就可以了。

È un hotel da evitare. Innanzitutto per la totale mancanza di cortesia degli addetti alla reception, dire scortese è un complimento specie al portiere maschio. Poi che dire della colazione praticamente inesistente al punto che per un caffè, un cappuccino sei tu a provvedere con una macchina self service, un solo tipo di cornetto peraltro vecchio. La pulizia in camera è durata il tempo di fare nemmeno colazione praticamente 5 minuti il tempo di tirare su le lenzuola. Il frigo in camera vuoto al punto che per una bottiglia d'acqua ho pagato € 1 al distributore in portineria. Insomma non me ne sono accorto di essere ospite in un hotel a 3 stelle. Peggio di così non si può.

就像每年的一樣,我們甚至在2021年聖誕節期間,在亞西西度過節日。出於各種原因,我們決定嘗試一個新的酒店,選擇了剛剛聖魯芬諾,女生的可愛歡迎,不幸的是我記不起這個名字,他給我們先進的檢查,總是微笑而可用。簡單的房間,我們已經了個婚禮,但全部完整的舒適,尤其是乾淨!我也看在牀下,因爲我是粉過敏的,這個“細節”我覺得很重要,早餐豐富多樣,位置是他的贏家卡片,尤其是對我們來說,這是個的選擇,因爲這次我們決定不乘車,而是乘飛機到達秘魯,然後乘坐巴士去阿西西,停車很近,但同時酒店也在兩步,正是兩步,從聖盧芬諾美麗的人,然後從中間的其他地方穿過典型的,如果你沒有品,而是要像清、接待、位置等必不可少的要求,安靜,因爲離中心而遠離音--承認在亞西斯有--我覺得聖魯芬諾酒店非常推,性價比很高,很快愛亞西斯!

Rooms are in the opposite building from the reception & it is look like a resident building with some rooms that is belong to the motel. Room clean and good in size if you are alone. Bathroom is little weird as it looks been built afterwards. As bathroom doors is a closet doors & shower is separate from the sink. Breakfast served on the main building where they have a big food hall & you will find a pepper with your room number in one of the tables. So take your croissant & coffee and sit there. The place is good for budge traveller or who is looking for a single night stay. there wasn’t an internet connection in the room I stay on.

Where to start...it is charming on the outside as well as in. You must be okay with stairs. Located above an active street and two amazing restaurants, you are central to everything yet quiet by 11 p.m. to sleep. Accommodations were exactly what we needed: simple, clean with friendly hosts. Coffee and tea available all day with breakfast and cookies to snack on in the afternoon. I highly recommend staying here.
