Amazing Stay. Fully informative in booking and what is provided. Simple, safe secure checkin. Spotlessly clean and cosy. There was absolutely everything provided here, even an ironing board, although the iron could do with changing as it didn't iron properly. Apart from that, it was perfect in every way.

Didn’t want to stay in a commercial chain hotel when visiting friends in the new forest so we choose Petherton Cottage and we are so pleased we did! The rooms have been refurbished since we last stayed a few years ago and they are just amazing! Such a high standard and everything you need! Very modern and the comfiest of beds! Kitchen was well equipped for you to be able to cook and the hosts are always so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble! Easy check in with lock box keys and the views of nature/forest all around took us away from the hustle of living in London. Very easy to get to Bournemouth and we loved all the walks and forest areas right on your doorstep! We love to support small businesses and will definitely be back when we’re in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a 2 night stay here a few weeks ago and would recommend Petherton Cottage to everyone. Easy self check in, rooms were very spacious and modern and had everything you needed. The building and grounds were lovely and the breakfast hamper was full of fresh high quality produce. I would stay here a million times over! Thank you very much

Lovely location, the rooms were beautifully furnished with all you need. Fresh milk for your cuppa tea too! The shower was powerful & very handy to have a kitchen area. Lots of parking & very accommodating hosts. Highly recommend to couples, families or solo travellers
