New HVAC installed July 2021. Conveniently located only 1.4 miles to KDMC, close to the Refinery, Central Park, Restaurants, Entertainment, Downtown Ashland and local Hospitals and Colleges in the Tri-state Area. Come see all Ashland has to offer and we will take care of the rest! About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 10.

lovely house, lots of beds
Very comfortable house with everything you need for a weekend or longer stay. The kitchen has lots of pots and pans and dishes. The fridge is huge. We stayed at the end of winter and did not use the back yard where there is a grill or fire pit. Everything in the house worked. Plenty of towels and blankets. Very clean and bright.
