阿什福德Evegate Business Park, Retail & Artisan Village附近住宿

剛和12個朋友一起度過了很棒的溫泉週末回來。我們玩得很開心。輕鬆辦理入住手續,有些房間已經準備好了,其他房間沒有準備好。我們享用了午餐,這可不是我選菜單上的任何菜餚,但我很驚訝,這個戳碗和水果罐有多好吃。它放在一個裝有蓋子的紙碗裏的木托盤上,裏面有合適的金屬餐具。它很好吃,真的很新鮮和安靜。我們幾乎把整個游泳池區域都給了我們一個小時,這真的很理想。它確實越來越忙,但每個人都很友好,並完美地分享了所有設施。不幸的是,禮服短缺,但我們得到了很多毛巾。晚餐前點的餐很好,有很多選擇,而且煮得很好。餐後備有大量的雞尾酒來洗乾淨。課程之間有輕微的差距,但它確實讓我們可以玩《母雞之夜》。我們選擇把聚會帶到休息室,而不是坐在飯桌旁,飯桌很大,但也很舒適。所以我們自己配置休息區進行慶祝活動。每個人的房間都很乾淨,不像其他評論裏的任何發黴的照片。我們在221,223,225,227和其他幾個房間。在225年,招待盤上沒有牛奶,我們也設法引爆了火警!!在其中一個梳妝檯裏,有一個非常古老的電線,吹風機在一段時間後開始抽菸!另一個畫的是較新的電器,但是直到我們從另一個房間借了一台之後才發現!早餐真的很好,選擇太多了。有一個雞蛋男人會炒你或者給你做平底餅。選擇麪包太多了。我本來更願意,那茶/咖啡是買在桌上的,但是“瓶”比機器更好。早餐後我們盡情享受治療。我的按摩師埃琳娜很棒。我感覺自己像個新女人。會回來嗎?是的,我想我們玩得很開心。服務有時很慢,但這是由友好的工作人員組成的。

在Eastwell Manor游泳池度過了一個美妙的早晨 - 室外(現在關閉了冬季)以及室內和按摩浴缸。我已經成爲會員近20年,多年來一直鼓勵朋友和家人加入。游泳池和健身房的設施是例外,從2個餐廳和酒吧的食物和飲料的質量。我繼續成爲會員的主要原因是工作人員的質量和他們提供的服務。特別是喬治娜,額外的一英里沒有什麼是太多的麻煩她總是按時打開關鍵是很多成員在工作結束後直接上班她總是很高興,樂於助人且專業,如果有任何問題,她掌握所有權並確保他們得到糾正,她是香奈兒的真正功勞。

So quirky, all the rooms have different themes. Ours was Honeychild and has the bath in the bedroom with a milk churn fitted with the taps, separate loo which was a bit dark but again quirky. Over the bed there was a head of a cow made out of fibreglass. It was so good. The armchair was tatty in a perfectly fitting way and so comfy. The bed was so comfy and the pillows gorgeous. They provide a coffee machine, kettle and pods for the machine, hot chocolate and tea and there was an honesty box on the landing outside for extras. Milk and bottled water was available in the fridge of the landing. Plus there was a little decanter with some wonderful sloe gin in, a lovely touch. The only things that weren't quite right for me were the fact that the hairdryer couldn't be plugged in near the mirror (the mirror near the fireplace was a bit high for me as I'm only 5ft 4”). The steps up to the rooms are very twisty and if you have any mobility issues it can be very difficult to get up and down. The food, we had lunch and dinner on the first day and breakfast the next, was really good and locally produced. The staff were so lovely and friendly on all shifts. We would go back if in the area, especially for the food and the views of the church and the fields. There is also free parking which is great. I would recommend anyone if in the area to give it a try (and they are dog friendly :) ). Thank you to all the staff for a lovely stay.

Another excellent stay at the Holiday Inn north Ashford. As always a lovely warm welcome from the staff and manager- a charming gentleman , who, when we arrived was doing his best to help a group of bikers who had suffered a breakdown . A real old school hotel with friendly staff. Excellent comfortable, clean rooms a great restaurant with great food and reasonably priced. This hotel has to be one of the best Holiday Inns and at this location is a great place to stop over on - route to the continent. Little else to say. Great hotel great people and good food. See you next trip.!

What an amazing place, set off by brilliant service. We arrived on Saturday afternoon after a lovely walk around the nearby Kings Wood, our room was not quite ready so we were seated in the pub and well looked after while we waited. Once shown to our room we found a really comfortable and nicely decorated room, it felt luxurious and clean. It's a very quiet location at night and we slept really well. We were in the ”garden room” which has its own little garden with patio doors, the garden is well screened and felt really private. The pub has a nice mixed vibe of old local pub, and very lovely modern restaurant in the extension at the back, the two blend together very well. It was busy on Saturday night but the background noise was not overwhelming it just made for a nice atmosphere. There are two nice outside areas with countryside all around. Tables inside and out are well spaced and not crammed in. Dinner on Saturday night was delicious, our server (Georgia) was chatty and personable and put real effort in to look after us, nothing felt like too much trouble. All of the staff seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a good time, and seemed to enjoy working there, which is sadly lacking in a lot of places these days. Breakfast on Sunday morning was good quality, well cooked, and tasty; although it was not as hot as it could have been. We once again experienced the same great service as the night before. We will definitely be back!
