阿什維爾修復飯店

I booked us here for Mother's Day weekend and was astonished by the beauty and elegance of the hotel. They really go above and beyond to focus on perfecting the details, even leaving a rose and a note with our super cute picnic/breakfast basket on Mother's Day! The location is fantastic, but I will mention that every Friday night there is a drum circle in the park across the street which is loud and goes for several hours. We found the sound of it disturbing as you can hear it throughout the hotel and it made it hard to relax at the rooftop bar in peace. The bar downstairs had a solo artist play both nights we were there which was a lovely treat. I would gladly stay at this chic boutique again!

The Restoration was a great hotel and we’re so glad we stayed there! It is centrally located and right downtown making it very walkable to everything. There is some noise because of the location but we didn’t find that it bothered us that much and they provide ear plugs. The rooms are really beautiful and all of the amenities are very nice and well kept.  But what really makes The Restoration wonderful is its service. Every single person we interacted with was so incredibly kind. Truly the best hospitality we’ve ever received while traveling. From check in, to the managers to every bartender and to valet, everyone was genuine and friendly. 100/10 service.

Wow!! This beautiful hotel totally exceeded our expectations! We were having some issues with a third-party booking agent and the desk clerk Derek did an outstanding job of helping us through the challenges. Every aspect of the hotel is first class! The decor is beautiful. The room was fantastic and they offer many nice touches like a wine reception, upscale toiletries and comfortable robes and the sheets were very soft.  The hotel manager, Anna was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. If you are looking for a hotel in the downtown Asheville area, you will love this hotel! We have stayed at many nice hotels over the years, and this hotel is definitely an A+.

Restoration is a lovely hotel! The lobby and rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The extra amenities, like drinks and the breakfast basket, really take the hotel to a next level. We enjoyed a very late dinner and games at The Draftsman after a concert. We were within walking distance to our venue and many restaurants and shops. We definitely plan to stay longer next time.

Place was beautiful. Bar closed earlier than posted, but other than that, you will not be dissapointed

WOW, I highly recommend Restoration Ashville. Located right in the center of Ashville. The staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Many cozy locations to relax and enjoy your day. The basement lounge is a fun place to unwind after your day. For me, it’s the little things that make a big difference. Free water and soda in your room. You don’t see that anymore. A free picnic basket with breakfast goodies brought to your door every morning. All for a very reasonable price. So, if your looking for a comfortable hotel to lay your head at night with excellent service and quality throughout I think Restoration is for you. (Basically for most of the day you’re out and about exploring Ashville, the mountains, Biltmore Estates…..) If your wanting the resort experience, basically you don’t leave the hotel for the majority of your stay then there are other options.

The staff was amazing!!! Jason was excellent in the bar and all the valets were very quick and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel with a lot of unique touches you don’t see elsewhere! Front desk always helpful with answering all of our questions. Clean room, comfortable bed, and comfortable showers.
