This wonderful Inn was all that it advertised it was. Beautiful old home in a very pleasant neighborhood. 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Biltmore house. The owners are very accommodating and I’ve never had such wonderful breakfast at a bed-and-breakfast ; a three course breakfast cooked to perfection. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

This is an excellent B&B! We were so fortunate to find this gem! The Inn itself is welcoming and lovely. Our room was very clean and decorated beautifully. The bed was perfect for a restful sleep. The wine and beer were out for guest to meet and mingle if they wished. The cookies on the front table were amazing. The three course breakfast was outstanding! A++ We look forward to our next stay at Sweet Biscuit! Also to note - we stayed after the hurricane devastated Asheville. We found the owners so welcoming and wanting to return to a since of normal and operating under all the necessary guidelines.

We absolutely loved this place. We planned a visit to the Biltmore for the Christmas Candle Light tour and wanted a place in the vicinity. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by John, who helped with our luggage and check-in. John was very friendly and gave us the full run down on the property and tips, bits on the local cuisine. The property is very spacious and beautifully decorated with every amenity needed. We loved the cleanliness and how every detail was planned and pleasantly in place. We especially loved the extra large bath towels, designer robes, make-up removal packets, assortment of GF cookies, wines, water, books, and wifi all-inclusive. John and Susan were both excellent hosts and made our visit feel special. Our three course breakfast was absolutely amazing with the best egg soufflé we've ever had. The Sweet Biscuit Inn deserves a 6th star in our book. Thank- you John and Susan!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sweet Biscuit Inn while visiting Asheville. The Inn itself is a old, charming house, located close to the Biltmore and other activities. I was in room #2, which does not have a shower, but a tub (wish shower handle), which I didn't mind. The room is located on the 1st floor and was quiet for sleeping. I enjoyed the complimentary wine and meeting the other guests in the early evenings. The 3 course breakfasts and service were excellent and the owners very accommodating when I had an early start on one day (providing either a hot sandwich or yogurt parfait to take with me). Would definitely recommend.

Another superb stay at the Sweet Biscuit Inn! We celebrated our anniversary here last year and again this year. Every experience is perfect from the quiet, lovely neighborhood; the spacious, well-decorated rooms, dining room and front porch; to the incredibly delicious 3-course breakfast!

What a wonderful experience! The inn was so clean and the room was perfect. The breakfasts were fantastic! Susan and John were absolutely wonderful hosts. We had to leave early the last day and Susan packed us the nicest breakfast to go. Could not have been a better experience! Thank you—we will be back!
