The other guests were a bit noisy It would be an advantage to have usb ports I didn't receive my room number or code, but luckily, a gentleman helped out who was there

After eventually realizing that the codes were sent by WhatsApp via the help of a gentle man, and that one can't check in till 4p.m., I checked in. Room and provisions were good but there was no towel, not a single one and didn't know where to ask for one.

We stayed in here, in the front room. The main door if it isn’t locked when you walk in will bleep all day. Website and hotel website say different things about check in and the person you speak to on the phone is pretty unhelpful, we were kept awake by another person staying here who was on the phone to the hotel as his room code didn’t work. The bed was all springs and no padding, pillows were thin as paper, apart from that it was cheap and is really you get what you pay for, hotel should spend more on comfort than keypad entry it would suit everyone more.

Instructions after booking wasn’t made clear, was left outside for 2 hours in the rain and cold. When I finally got in, there was no help finding what building we was staying in so we still was looking around for a further half an hour. Once we got into the room, for 2 people staying, 1 small towel was left and 1 hand towel. Also only 1 cup, when I booked the room for 2 people. When it came to leaving the next day, I folding up all our bedding and placed it neatly on the bed, I was then looking for a bottle of pop that I had the night before but couldn’t find, ended up going down the side of the bed but as I pulled the bed out, I had found a lighter and 2 spoons, hidden under the mattress that was used for crack. It was vile.

The property has electric door lock key pads. These are very noisy when people are coming into the building and then in and out of their rooms. The fridge and microwave were clean but the rest of the room was not clean and the bathroom had mould and the toilet leaked on the floor. The tv wasn’t working and it took until 8.30pm on the second night to fix. The toilet wasn’t fixed as promised. The site manager who came to my room was drunk so probably forgot. The room and bathroom was very cold and I had to wear socks, joggers and hoody in bed. I then bought a fan heater. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing property with great facilities. The only issue, which has nothing to do with the owner, is that it’s located by a main road so there is a lot of traffic noise especially in the early morning
