Private: natural state property 500 m2, parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 800 m, supermarket 28 km, bus stop "Bortelid" 700 m, ferry "Kristiansand" 99 km, swimming bay 800 m, lake Bortelidtjønn 2.5 km. Minigolf, fishing possibilities 800 m. Please note: fishing [permit required]. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. "Knodden", 4-room house 75 m2.
