Cosy cottage "Morgenro", 744 m a.s.l., built in 2009. 25 km from the centre of Kyrkjebygd, 106 km from the centre of Mandal, 117 m from the centre of Kristiansand, in the district Ljosland, 700 m from the lake. Private: natural state property 900 m2, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 3.5 km, supermarket 25 km, ferry "Kristiansand" 25 m, bathing lake "Kvernevatnet" 1.2 km, lake Grønlitjønn 700 m. Fishing possibilities 3.5 km. "Morgenro", 7-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and cable TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC, hydro massage bath, Sauna. Electric heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm).
