Brilliant Excellent Fantastic. Great open area with lots to do and friendly staff.

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to do so, such was the quality of the service and stay here. Often there is a trade off between the experience for the children vs that of the adults. Not at all so here, where enjoyment was of the highest levels for us all. The staff could simply not do enough and made it a thoroughly enjoyable throughout. There are many excellent touches, but walking into a room with wrapped presents for the children and hand written cards immediately left us feeling grateful. It certainly doesn’t come cheap and had it not been a wedding gift it wouldn’t have likely been a choice we would have made (expensive risk for when you’re going with kids), however, having stayed at equally priced places in the past, this was a cut above. The way they manage to balance quality with a glowing welcome for families is arguably their biggest success. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

We was so looking forward to our return visit and we wasn’t disappointed, everything you expect in a first class hotel was provided. The staff are wonderful, they really want to make your stay perfect. It’s also the little things that become important because it makes your stay so much better, from the personalised card handwritten by the manager to having two wireless chargers in the room. Coworth Park remains our favourite place to stay, the picturesque grounds, the beautiful but comfortable rooms (we were in the Mansion House) and the friendly but professional staff, make it number one in our opinion.

Coworth park est une très belle découverte. Le domaine est magnifiquement entretenu. Tout est bucolique à l extérieur. L intérieur de la bâtisse est très agréable aussi. Notre suite était belle et très propre . Le personnel est aux petits soins et devance vos désirs. Merci à julien! L espace spa est très beau , à l image du reste du domaine . La restauration et le bar étaient également sans faute . Cet hôtel représente le luxe discret que nous aimons . Nous avons hâte d y retourner!

It’s a mixed bag. The good: The hotel grounds are outstanding, with vast walking areas and well-maintained gardens. The A/C in the room was super quiet, and small gestures like a puzzle for the kid upon arrival were sweet. The babysitting and spa services were excellent, though the massage bed was a bit cramped for the face. The pool was perfectly heated and never too crowded. The staff was generally welcoming and kind. The bad: The food was mediocre in both selection and execution. We dined at The Barn for dinner, The Drawing Room for lunch and dinner, and had breakfast at Woven (which was unfortunately closed for dinner). Service at the restaurants was mostly poor; we experienced long waits before and during meals, had to repeat orders, and some dishes didn’t arrive as described. Additionally, the music at The Drawing Room cut out for 10-15 minute intervals, which was awkward. The live female pianist and singer was out of tune, in contrast to an excellent male pianist the following night. The shower door was hard to operate, and the makeup mirror was unstable. Our outdoor area wasn’t cleaned for two days after we used it the first day. The ugly: The prices. An espresso cost 6.5 GBP, and a burger was 28 GBP. This might have been more palatable if the food quality had been higher. The kids’ club also charged an extra 15 GBP per visit, which was surprising given the average maintenance of the property (some areas were dirty, and toys and equipment were broken). I’d give this a 3.5 if possible, but I’m rounding up because we generally enjoyed our vacation. However, we had higher expectations from a Dorchester hotel that were not met.

Stunning property. Extensive grounds, excellent service, great food choices, lovely spa and beautiful rooms. There is no outdoor pool or sauna, only an indoor pool, however it is huge, and there is a steam room. Service charge added to all food and drink items.

Dined at the Barn Of warmth and charm Ate dishes scale and cloven, One night did eat A real real treat At restaurant namely Woven. We saw the chess And let me guess Of arrows by a Fletcher, The kids who trot They'd better not Get in the way I'd betcha. On terrace grand To be on hand Attendance swift to come, My cooling drink Not long to think Of course a coke and rum. My wife in pool Me like a fool Took novels small and large, We love the spa When we've come far To Coworth to recharge.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. We stayed in the stables and the room was perfect. Great dining options, lovely spa, and the grounds are extensive for biking and walking. Top service throughout the property.
