Everything was good, breakfast was yummy and stay was very easy, even I have opted the ala carte dinner which was of reasonably good and not over priced, Iay recommend this hotel if you planning for some work in ASANSOL. Cheers! Hotel manager Pradeep is very helpful and polite Mr Sourav also very reportive.

Ambience of the hotel from the entrance via lobby facing elevator is awesome ! In addition Reception is beautiful and their staffs are well trained and friendly. Rooms are bit small in size with standard amenities facility. Food is Authentic. Rates are genuine according to the standard of hotel , but seems to be bit overpriced .The staff is very helpful, friendly, cheerful and at the same time professional. I met with Mr. Pradeep Singh the Hotel Manager he was such a gentle men and the front office staff were also so cooperative.From the time of check in to check out everything was so smooth. I would rate 5 out of 5..

Best hotel in Asansol.. rooms are very good, service standards is really like a best hotel ever i stayed in Asansol. Front office team is really very cooperative and behaviour of all The staff's are remarkable. Food quality is superb chef kundan is excellent he understands what the guest really want. Hotel manager pradeep ji is very humble and nice person.

Pick up and drop facilities available from railway stations it’s seems good and also the front office person Saurav was also very polite and helpful. Room is also neat and clean break fast is complimentary which is good and contains South Indian dishes also.

Perfect location in the city. Very close to Asansol Railway station, Good value for money, service is good and staff is very friendly and accommodative. Must try local delicacies of Bengal here at restaurants Desh-Pardesh. i can say this is one of the best hotel inAsansol undoubtely.

Excellent property, centrally located just opposite Asansol railway station. Warm hospitality and not to mention Mr Biman Koda (Room Service) made our stay homely and more pampered. Food is awesome!! Just mention your special requests and chef Mr Anil & Mr Darmesh will get it done. If you are confused about what to eat, just find Mr Monojit at the restaurant. Overall awesome Just disappointed with 24 hrs room dining as they don't offer any beverages late at night. Hope this happens soon.

Fantastic experience. Pick & drop service available, room service excellent, food quality preparation are very good, Mr. Sourav is very good person & cooperative in this property. Overall experience is excellent in payel inn Hotel. All team members behavior very good.

It was a wonderful experience staying there. The food, the services ( especially attendant Biman) were appreciable. Highly recommended. Should make several more visits. One should try the gym too. I will recommend my family and my friends to experience the aura of the place.
