We were there in July 2024 and we had room ZS1. When we arrived the hotel seemed extraordinary. The lobby is large and exudes luxury. Check-in was smooth and it was only afterwards that we were disappointed. As for the room, at first glance the room is very beautiful. But when you look more closely you realize that unfortunately it seems that the maintenance has not been done for a long time. We saw holes in the walls, broken faucets, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, etc. The bed was very uncomfortable (too soft). The television is a joke with three snowy stations that are impossible to listen to. In short, it is only beautiful in appearance. There is a swimming pool at the hotel but the water was stagnant and very dirty so it was impossible to swim in it. There were empty fountains in disrepair. It seems like this hotel used to be a really great place but is now pretty much abandoned. In fact there were four of us in our group and we didn't meet anyone else during our stay. The restaurant has a limited menu but at least it was good. Finally the worst part is the wifi. We were given a code when we checked in to use the wifi but we had to go back to the lobby about ten times in less than 24 hours because the code we had stopped working and we couldn't get a new code by calling the lobby. And even when it did work it was slow and spotty. In summary, it was most certainly a nice place in the past but now it is a place to avoid at all costs.

Las habitaciones amplias. Personal muy atento y agradable. La comida variada y muy rica. Lugar un poco apartado del centro, pero puedes coger un taxi, fácilmente. Dispone de piscina y gimnasio. Sin duda, recomiendo totalmente el hotel para quedarte unos días en Arusha.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr großzügig, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hier ist man mitten im Nirgendwo - hervorragend zum Entspannen. Die Wassertemperatur des Pools ist eine herrliche Erfrischung. An zwei Abenden war das Essen sehr gut, aber an einem Abend hatten wir Pech.

We stayed in this accommodation after we finished our wildlife safari. I really loved its quiet environment and the fact that it's in the village outside of Arusha town. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean. I loved the big flowers (like trees) on the walking trails to the room. The meals were all delicious. I think the hot water supply and the wi-fi should be improved. The hotel should also have 1 or 2 cars for transfers.

Services are good: food is good, clients are well attended, room service is also appreciated. However, hot water provider should be improved. Internet connectivity should also maintained during conferences. Hotel should also have transport and touring system for guests.
