Staying in April 2023. It is a wonderful apartment situated at one of the most picturesque area in Arrowtown. For seeing the autumn color in New Zealand, this accommodation offered me the place with the best viewing of the spectacular fall foliage. At the balcony, I saw the hill glow like an oil painting with yellow, red, orange and golden leaves on the trees. We highly recommend this 5-star accommodation. (Remark: Stargazing at the balcony was impressive too ! )

Stylish room in a lovely setting. We were greeted warmly and helpfully. Fantastic spot, a short walk to the village. Just a heads-up that the bathroom doesn't fully close off from the room so for those wanting privacy on the loo, be aware. Otherwise, very nice.

From the moment we contacted the property to make the booking, the entire interaction with Dana and experience at the property exceeded our every expectation. The room was thoughtfully & beautifully designed and very comfortable (the under floor heating was a nice bonus on a crisp autumn day). The location is ideal, a short, enjoyable nature walk to town. We will return.

Excellent room in a fantastic location close to the village in Arrowtown. Modern decor, warm with a beautiful outlook. Service was also great with an efficient and warm welcome, great housekeeping and generally all round ease. Will be back.

Warning to Others We had prepaid for two apartments for two nights with friends. We turned up expecting two nights of luxury, however, the business had been sold and was no longer operating as a hotel. After much ringing around and talking to locals, it appears there is very little chance of a refund. We were extremely disappointed to have lost our money and then had to find accommodation elsewhere on a busy Labour Weekend Stat holiday. We now know the Arrow Hotel has been on the front page of the local papers and many other people have been caught out by the owners dishonesty. We would have at least appreciated being contacted before we arrived and wonder how many others have been, and are going to be affected by this scandal.
