Avoid Baale, Goa – Not Worth the Hype or the Price Absolutely shocking experience. We were made to wait over 4 hours past our check-in time — no apology, no urgency, just complete disregard for our time. Once we finally got in, the problems just kept piling up: • The carpets in the rooms were wet and smelled awful — like they hadn’t been aired out or cleaned in weeks. • The pool was dirty and unusable — unacceptable for a premium property. • The couches and living room furniture were badly stained and filthy (attaching photos for proof). This place had the feel of a poorly run guesthouse, not a luxury villa. • Even the rooms were poorly maintained, with visible stains and a musty atmosphere. Basic cleanliness and upkeep seem to be missing entirely. When we raised all this with the team, all they could offer was: “Sorry, we can give you a free barbecue. And that the previous guests trashed the place really badly” That’s not compensation — it’s an insult. We booked for a friends birthday and all they care about is taking payment and selling more stuff to guests - 0 hospitality, 0 hygiene, 0 respect Do not get misled by the positive ratings. For the price they charge, this is no better than an OYO room. It’s clear they are either coasting on outdated reviews or don’t care about delivering even basic hospitality anymore. Avoid Baale. You deserve better.

very nice property. individual vilas are well maintained with rooms seeting area sweeming pool with butler.our butler sachin is very nice fellow in services 24 hours. restorant for breakfast very good with south indian and north Indian dises in check in they have well staff to support and luggege transfer done by versa Nair and in reception check out by versa naik. I thanks all the staff for there services.

We ***** with our friends from US visited the resort and were blown off our feet by what we saw and experienced!As you step in and go around the water bodies,Landscaped garden and architecture remind you strongly of Bali!Interior of each villa is unique and to say the least Mesmerizing! The food ,oh my God the chef’s testing menu had countless tapas looking and tasting great paired with superb cocktails.This place could compete with Michelin star restaurants anywhere! Hospitality and courtesy of GM Ashoo Bhatnagar was icing on the cake!

Baale helped create beautiful memories for us - a group of friends with their family including kids and toddlers. Everything was just perfect- from the food to the villa to the rooms and outstanding service. But what stood out was our butler Chetan’s dedication. He performed his tasks with a smile and made it a memorable holiday for us. Would certainly recommend Baale to all especially those with kids

Baale was a one of a kind experience…Each beautifully designed Balinese villa had 4 bedrooms with its own swimming pool, a charming drawing & dining room & a fully equipped kitchen. The icing on the cake was the personal butler who took care of all our requirements right from laundry, cocktails served at the pool, to a full service at mealtimes…To top it all the meals were exceptional whether it was Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Mexican or Continental… What a great place to spend quality time with family or close friends👌👌 FYI-the most comfortable mattress n pillows!

We were a group of 7 on a girls trip to Goa. We had booked baale with no first hand review . The moment we walked into the villa we knew our choice was right . The villas are beautiful with a great size pool , the rooms are done up very nicely . Every villa has a dining area and a living area . Both these areas open up to the pool. The kitchen is well equipped . We had a 24*7 butler . Hospitality at Baale was exceptional and the staff is so well trained that whatever you ask them for they say it would be possible . The spread at buffet left us amazed . They served us yummiest gluten free food . All the villas have a Marshall speaker . The front desk people are very welcoming to help you with your itinerary and bookings . The F&B manager looked after our needs very well and how Mr Jeet was up on his feet at every call would want to make us go back to Baale soon to make a memorable holiday .
