厄齊沃特水療度假村(The Edgewater Resort & Spa)

First night there my wife got food poisioning from the ika mata at the mals bar restaurant and spent all the next day throwing up. Second night our daughter got locked in one of the bedrooms because the door lock was faulty. Pool desperately needs a clean and Reception staff werent the friendliest. We wouldnt stay again. Its overpriced for what we got. The staff at the Spaghetti House are nice though.

Honestly I have to say this is the worst hotel in all of Rarotonga. The washroom smelled like a sewage system in our room. I could barely breathe when I’m the washroom from the smell not even an open window would help. The shower had three pieces of hair from different people, clearly they do a poor job cleaning the room. The dead bugs all over the room that looked mummified! The bed is not the most comfortable so be warned! The reception desk had great service and the bar/restaurant had great staff as well. Honestly I would say to pass on the this and stay at pacific resort or Kia Orana Villa and Suites.

The person who checked us in was terrible, our room was dirty & tired, needs refurbishment. The milk in our fridge was already open. Our meal at your ‘restaurant’ was also terrible. The staff there were lovely, they were the only good thing about this hotel. Never, ever again

Probably ok for families that didn’t mind sharing one pool with loads of kids and only ate chips or nuggets.

Great customer service from day 1 when I realised we had a 3rd floor room and due to hath reasons this wasn’t a good thing. The receptionist worked their magic and the issue was resolved.

Front desk staff were amazing. Dining staff need to pay attention when placing order everytime we either ordered a drink or food at least one item was always wrong. but other than that the amenities in the rooms were great well thought out and catered to needs.

There is nothing to not like at the Edgewater, the staff are exceptional, always happy and smiling eager to please and very efficient. This plus the quality of the resort are the reason why we have been coming back for 13 years.

We were a group of 15 ranging from babies to seniors. The Edgewater was perfect for us. Easy to get to from the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had garden view rooms and had a top floor.one so we could see the pool and the ocean. The gardens were stunning and most probably one of my favourite parks of the resort. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food was fine and we particularly enjoyed Spaghetti House. We would definitely stay again.
