Hôtel très bien situé. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Chambre immense mais quelque peu vieillotte, un petit rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu. Au niveau service, je ne sais pas à quoi sert la navette de l'hôtel. Nous avons demandé, si elle permettait d'aller à l'aéroport Ronald Reagan à moins de trois kilomètres. La réponse à été négative.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Déjeuner inclus complet. À noter que pour les séjours de moins de 7 jours, ils ne font l'entretient de la chambre une fois. soit le lundi ou vendredi.

Front desk clerk was sloth-like and unintelligible -- longest check-in process I've experiences in a while. Hotel is VERY dated, room doors look like they are from Medieval Times. Room was oddly arranged (20'x20' empty space between bed and TV console), A/C a bit noisy yet meager. Breakfast buffet was shockingly good!

The air went out every night that we stayed there. I called the front desk every morning and they did send someone to fix it but it still went back out in the middle of the night. No offer to move rooms was made. When I told the manager (again) upon check out she said it was ‘on her list’. The rooms are extremely dusty (you can see dust in the vents ) but not necessary dirty.

The property is a pretty quick walk to the downtown courthouse area, which was really nice! There's lots to do and see there, and the area felt quite safe. The hotel doesn't look like it's been updated much since the 1990's though, is a little dim and a bit beat up.

Room was not cleaned. Front desk staff not greatest. At check in I asked for an upgrade for sofa bed to sleep another person and paid $60. We go up sofa doesn’t open just a couch. When I told same person didn’t seem it was her problem and didn’t care. I ended up having person sleep on couch. Terrible from desk staff and experience

Needs updating.
Needs to be brighter inside.
Modernized. Too dark inside even though sun hits large windows all day.
Get windows that reflect back sun so rooms don't get so hot.
Problems with room temperature
Too hot. 74-76 degree is too hot.
Maintenance brought up large standing fan which helped.
Towels have holes in them. Threadbare in places.
