The front desk staff of this property was wonderful. Very friendly and super helpful. Unfortunately, that's the extent of the good things I have to say about this hotel. The entire property was just dirty. The carpets, the walls, the countertops, everything was dingy and dirty. The white counter tops were stained on the desk and shelving. The frigde in our room was broken, the remote control didn't work, the A/C gave off a damp and musty smell. This hotel needs to be remodeled and a good cleaning.

*Let’s start with only ONE elevator working. *The carpets smelled of mold/mildew upon exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor. * I requested another room with 20 min of arriving (mine 1st door next to elevator) due to the noise level and was given a room next to the LAST room and when I asked were they full I was informed “No” yet I’m over 65yo with a limp. That was just MEAN 😪 *Lastly, they ran out of small free water, shower caps and lotions 😳 I’ve stayed at a SH Suite previously however this stay left me VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED 😔

Now looking at how much we paid, we can't really complain. We decided to get something cheap. The room was nice but it was really disturbing to find a cockroach in our bathroom. I am a country girl so I was not terribly terrified but I was showering and honestly just in fear the roach would decide to fly as I am showering.

Not worth your money. You would think being right next to Hurricane Harbor it would be a family atmosphere but its not. When we got into our room, the door for the ajointed room would not lock. After about 30 minutes we were able to manuever it so it would lock. The walls are so thin that you can hear all the noise next door. And they were having a party ALL NIGHT. They were so loud. We physically went to the front desk to inform them and nothing was done. Called on the phone again and nothing was done. Oh and also my husband was bitten by either fleas or bed bugs. Additional charge on my bill for 6 bucks for "data usage". Not worth it. Never again. stay elsewhere.

So the hotel is in a great area if you are visiting Arlington and going to a game, Six Flags or something like that. The hotel could use some refreshing as the elevator makes a weird noise everytime we used it. The room had change left on the floor(guess we got a .18 cent tip) and one day they had a staff member call in and so the breakfast attendant was getting her butt kicked as she could not keep up with the guests. The bed was comfy and it was close to other activities. For what I paid it was good just not great

Checked into room, TV and Phone did not work. Moved to another room. This room was better but there was a gap in the door where someone had pried on the door trying to I guess get in to the room previously. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off, and the desk lamp was broken where you could not adjust it. The maintenance person evidentally doesn’t do much. Won’t stay here again that’s for sure
