Great experience…. I arrived late at night and the front desk attendant was great. I forgot my computer bag and the security was able to confirm I left it in the room and was able to retrieve it. Great experience… I wish I could remember the night attendant’s name… he was professional and courteous

Maravilloso y con servicio de shuttle

The front desk staff at time of my check in (around 2:00 pm) were both totally professional, friendly and helpful. Can say the same about the staff member there at 6:00 pm - he was almost the opposite of what i experienced earlier.

The hotel was modern and clean. The customer service at the desk, dining, and cleaning service were excellent. The location is a short drive to the museum and monuments. We would definitely book a stay at this hotel on our next trip to DC.

Breakfast options suck!!! No eggs no meat. Just bagel, cereal, waffles at least you can make freshJuice machine looks to be broken a very good while or they just want to save money and not serve at ALL!!!. Hint the dust on it! But yet they have a market to purchase food. 🤔 the doors of the rooms not flushed to the frame. I didnt want to bother finding another place due to i had 1 card on me that was maxed out. Smh and i was just their about a week. But the neighborhood was fine and didnt looked to much foot traffic and the employee was at the desk 24/7. But on my stay i encounter a argument looks like between owner and unknown people that was for sure not staying there. Looks like some teenagers was hired to drop off like a pallet of water cases. So the argument was outside in front of the hotel on the road that is the only in/out off that property for like 10.15 minutes. Then the shuttle bus ha forget about that option available at all. Broken for years and not recently. Again the dusts, the dead leaves, and the marks on the ground. Parking is underground and definitely do not leave valuables cause a broken glass on the floor on our last night. I was pretty much gone the whole day everyday of my stay and come back like 7pmish. I went to the allstar game. So i was not far from DT Seattle or airport. So that was the best part it. I used like half a tank.

A mediocre Marriott hotel. Staff is friendly but when I dial the button "front desk" on the phone, the lady who answered my call was from another Marriott. Not even a bottle water in room. AC is on a wall directly facing head of a bed. I can't imaging anyone sleeping on that bed and waking up next morning without headache. Can't understand the logic behind this arrangement. Shuttle to the airport was on time.
